Barton Grocer

My work colleagues recently bought me flowers from Barton grocer. They are the most amazing smelling lilies I’ve ever had. No need for room spray with these beauties - they smell divine!

This is a local grocer that goes the extra mile. Good quality products including plenty of local Canberra offerings and some really great international niche products. Friendly service and good hours. The cafe open during the week has a great selection of affordable lunch options and coffee.

Excellent service from friendly, engaged staff. Good range of healthy foods. Also alcohol.

Always fantastic service. Coffee is fantastic. Cooked/made food is fresh everyday and delicious and not over priced like others.
The coffee crew are awesome as always.

Did i mention that they do beautiful flower arrangements.

Great little community grocer significantly larger than your average convenience store. Open 24/7 til 8:00 pm with an excellent range of produce of extremely good quality. Also provides a great cafe with delicious lunch fare and wonderful coffee. An upmarket florist (Barton Flower) also serves the surrounding community as part of this unique grocery market. The service is always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this local grocery store.

I along with many other rally attendees visited this shop Saturday 12/2/22. The shop had a fantastic range of just about everything you could want but on top of that the staff were absolutely amazing and made us all feel very welcomed. The staff and this shop are a credit to Canberra. Thank you x

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Even if I can't find what I want they can almost always get me something that will do the trick.

5 Stars for their outstanding service during ACT lockdown. We have ordered online twice in the past week and goods were delivered to our door in less than an hour. Really responsive, helpful and polite staff.

A very convenient place for bureaucrat people :) they also have great selection of flower and fresh doughnuts. Stuff are very friendly 🙂 . Can say this is one all-in-one shop within 1000 metres of this area.

Great place to attend for lunch in the area. Walking distance from multiple places around, sells normal supplies for a small grocer, sells coffee, alcohol, flowers, various different hot food menu items each day of the week including a variety of rolls and sandwiches.
Parking close by. ATM on sites also.

The bakery and fresh food section is awesome. Plenty of sandwiches to take away and their pies are delicious. Having fresh fruit to add to your lunch and any groceries you might be missing. Good venue, great staff.

Great hot food and rolls. Great coffee. Nice range of stock for a smallish shop. Even have a small but nice florist. Great place, friendly staff. 👍👍👍

A very remarkable and well maintained grocer! Very friendly staff, lots of goodies and treats that I would recommend to people again and again!

Awesome hot cinnamon donuts from the coffee bar. The hot chocolates are nice and the best in the barton area. Can be busy around 9-930 and 12-13 with several offices in the area out for morning coffee and lunch.

Lovely little supermarket with a wide range of products to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Store was tucked In a spot that was originally quite hard to find off google maps alone. The fruit and veg was all fresh and nothing mouldy or out of date.

Coffee is amazing! My go to for lunch as well, heaps of ready to eat choices and variety. Such a great shop!

Quality little grocer with a flower shop, takeaway coffee, and bottleshop.

You pay a bit more here, probably due to it's smaller size. It also seems to be aiming for a higher-paying crowd by mixing known brands with more bespoke brands.
