Great service, I’ve done my eyelash extension in this salon and I’m very very happy with this service because they are very long last, I wish I could give more stars to this salon 😊😊😊

Staff are lovely and professional, comfortable areas for the eyelash extensions to be done, they also do a good job of the application of the lashes.... However twice out of the many times I have gone there, lashes fell out way too quickly and when I went in the first time they made me pay $70 to fix it even though it had only been a week to the day, and this second time it has also been a week to the day and one of my eyes is missing half of the lashes and when I called to ask what can they do they said I can pay $25 to have them fixed!!! Both times I followed the correct aftercare instructions and did not get them wet for more than 24 hours, so unfortunately as lovely as the staff are it is not worth the $150 for them to fall out the next week.

If i could give a 0 star i would! I went in to get eyelash extensions done a few months ago. Every single lash were glued together causing major damage to my natural lashes. I messaged the page letting them know what had happened. I was told to come in for a infill and was assured of wouldn't happen again and she would fix them. Went back in as I was told to and had my natural lashes cut with scissors! With in a week I had to have them all removed due to them all being stuck together again, I can't even explain the pain. I messaged the page to give them a chance to further their training and try and fix the problem along with photos. I was sent a thumbs up then blocked from the page. I am left with about 3 or 4 natural lashes each eye due to the damages. I can't have extentions on or wear mascara anymore. The impact it has had on my self esteem is massive all for them to not even care I spend over $200 with them for nothing
I am also a fully trained lash tech and it's very clear they have zero training there fore can't have insurance. This means you could lose a eye and they would get away with it.
