Ordered 30 silver perch and had to postpone the dlivery a number of times as I had issues with my system. Richard who I dealt with was more than accommodating and postponed the dipatch without question each time I asked. I'm sure this was probably annoynig for them but they were really helpful anyway. I was finally ready for them this week and they sent them last night and arrived mid day today (theyre in QLD, I'm in VIC), all the fish were in excellent health and there were no issues with them whatsoever as a result of shipping. Well packaged with ample oxygen and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I could not recommend this mob highly enough. Will be buying all my future fish from here, no need to look any further.
