Sydney Physios and Allied Health Services : Seven Hills

My physio checkup was done by Alisha and I’m very happy with the service provided. I had an issue with my neck for a while which was looked upon and after few sessions the discomfort I had is gone. The clinic did check upon me for my follow up sessions and if I was attending to the appointments. Overall I’m satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

Had an injury playing sports some weeks ago and met Ms. Alisha Bista - Physiotherapist at Sydney physios. Was able to book the appointment straight away and she knew exaclty what my issue/pain was. Came for 3 appointments each week and I can happily say that I am full back on my feet and back in sports. Thanks Alisha for a great treatment. Defintely recommend her.

I had been out of work with an injury to my leg and couldn’t walk. I had one session with Sydney Physios and the next day was able to walk freely around with minor pain. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10

Alisha was so kind and thoughtful , she explained everything that she was doing and answered the million and one questions I had. She could see the pain I was in and she continued to try and distract me and comfort me as explored where it was coming from. She offered different types of therapy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Alisha is super! I was quite anxious starting physio, but she made me feel comfortable and her treatment helped me significantly. She’s very attentive to patient’s needs, and figured out what my problems were very quickly. I went to Sydney Physios with Plantar Fasciitis. After working with Alisha for just over a month, the pain significantly decreased. Thank you, Alisha. I can finally walk comfortably now.

I went to Sydney Physios with Plantar Fasciitis. Natalie was my Physio and she was amazing. Every session she checked on my progress and gave an appropriate treatment whether it was relief through massage and heat or the TENS machine. She showed me how to strap my injury and gave me exercises to strengthen my muscles. She really oversaw my whole treatment, encouraging me to go to other professionals when needed. I was very impressed with her desire to seek the best treatment for me through research and consultation with her colleagues. She accessed necessary supportive equipment for me too. I loved that she worked with me as I am and did not insist on me changing my lifestyle and busyness. I highly recommend her and highly recommend Sydney Physios.

Sydney Physios + Allied Health is made up of a great team of dedicated professionals. The level of care and compassion afforded me throughout my ongoing treatment by Shreya and Kish is second to none. They are constantly finding new ways to aid and support me on my path to complete recovery. I highly appreciate and recommend the services provided by Sydney Physios.

I usually see Alisha, she’s excellent with her treatment, providing exercises to do at home. Never rushes through the session. Highly recommend.

After a traumatic quad bike accident I was fortunate to connect with Patricia at Sydney Physios and she was my saviour for a great recovery. I had a dislocated shoulder and plates and pins in my upper arm which needed tenderness from my physio in order to build strength again. 3 months of work and I was vastly improved. I couldn't have done it without Patricia and the team at Sydney Physios.

I have been seeing Natalie for over 2 weeks now for my shoulder pain. I was not able to sleep at night because the pain used to kick in at night especially.

After my very first visit there was no pain at night and I was able to sleep throughout the night. Since then I am seeing her for muscle strengthening.

Apart from her excellent skills she is very humble, polite and listens to your concerns very carefully and acts accordingly.

I highly recommend Natalie. She is the best.

Discovering/being referred to this place has been one of the best things that’s happened for me this year! I’ve seen both Natalie for MSK physio and Roshini for women’s health/pelvic floor physio and both have been incredibly outstanding. I feel like they’ve addressed my personal concerns and areas of interest and come up with solutions that both suit and progress me in line with my goals. They have both been so knowledgeable and professional but also personable, and that goes for the administrative staff as well. Overall I have had such a positive experience here and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get injuries or other concerns treated. The only regret I have is not coming in sooner, and am definitely shaping up to be a true regular.

I highly recommend this Physiotherapy. My therapist Alisha has been wonderful at not only working on the shoulder problem I presented with but also providing treatment on the areas of my body that the problem was coming from. The variety of therapies used in a session has worked effectively and helped me to a recovery quickly and build muscle strength. The service and treatment have been great.

Alisha has been thorough professional in her techniques implied towards my medical condition. She displayed great empathy while indulging in the treatment and making me very comfortable during the course of sessions. Wish her all the best and to continue the good work.

I’ve been going to sydney physio’s and allied health services since I was young, no matter the injury or concern all practitioners I have seen have always been extremely helpful in looking at the body as a whole, providing resources, information and a great treatment plan. Most recently I have been seeing Natalie for neck and back issues. She has been amazing in reducing pain I have had for years and always providing me with information on my own body, her practices and my treatment plan. She’s very friendly and we always have a laugh together. Would highly recommend her!

Natalie, has been the best physio I’ve had the pleasure for treating me with a tear and tennis elbow to my left elbow. She has been upmost professional and it is lovely to be treated by a friendly lady. Thank you Natalie for listening and helping my elbow to be back to normal.
