The B&B exceeded our expectations with the private entrance, private living room and spacious. The continental breakfast was enjoyable and tasty and more than enough. The whole space was spacious and very well equipped. So many thoughtful gestures and extras. It was well decorated. We also enjoyed the opportunity to talk with the host.

Lovely bungalow in a quiet, residential area. We booked from the UK and hoped it would be nice - it was, it was exceptional! Ann is a lovely hostess with lots of local knowledge. We stayed just as W Aus was locking down for Covid and we were panicking as some of the places we'd booked were shutting down and were so glad that Ann stayed open for us.

This B&b is a very nice place very comfortable. The room and bathroom are beautiful. We are delighted to have spent 5 nights here. Ann is a very nice lady and tries to please her guests

What a beautiful place! Ann is a lovely lady and keeps the guest accomodation 5*. Very quiet residential area, bedroom, dressing room with more than adequate hanging space, iron and ironing board, fully tiled bathroom and toilet and a very comfortable tv lounge / breakfast room with a fridge full of goodies for your Continental breakfast (she doesn't do cooked breakfasts). All in all, wished we'd had more than 1 night with her, Lovely to talk to and can direct you to all the local points of interest. If we ever get out to Aus again, and down to Albany, this is THE place to stay for a couple...

A wonderful B&B . I highly recommend this property. You feel at home and comfortable. The master bedroom and all amenities are like brand new and well maintained. Simple breakfasts and parking is included. The landlady is so nice and lovely 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We booked this place for a weekend and were truly happy with this place. Ann was friendly and accommodating. The place was superbly clean and cosy. We enjoyed the simple brekkie especially the marmalade that were given to us.
