Starting with our sales agent, Ben Silk, who even guided me with the purchase of my land from a private agent and also made sure I picked the best house plan within my budget, I probably went through 10 different designs in detail over a few weeks to make sure I picked the best one for me. It also gave me the best deal possible at the time.

Then, our new home coordinator, Bhagyashree, guided us with patients throughout the admin stages. There was a time when we were continually in touch every day, and Bhagyashree always answered our questions calmly and understood our situation very well.

Interior Designer Hayley was also accommodating in ensuring we achieved our dream Home. She also dealt with us calmly even when we kept changing our minds about the design on multiple occasions.

Impressed from the get go! I got a reply to my email within 24 hours and Adam kept in contact with me promptly leading up to our initial meeting. He was also helpful with all of our questions, being very knowledgeable and transparent all the way. We are very happy that we have chosen Burbank homes and are even more excited to start our building journey with Adam and the rest of the team!

Fast forward to April 2023 and our home is finished! So in love with our new forever home and can’t wait to start making memories.

We went to burbank for a build with a budget and the sale consultant Ben silk listen and understand our situation and offer us a plan thats perfectly fit for us. Thought the process ben was very helpful. In the selection process hayley and kalgi was outstanding with their suggestions and feedbacks according to our budget and requirements. For the approval process Koko and bhagyashree was really helpful and responsive with any queries. Satisfied with the service and till date all the timelines are pretty accurate.

Burbank has built us a beautiful home at an affordable price compared to other builders.
Our site supervisor Miro was excellent throughout our build.
He is a really genuine person, which is really rare nowadays.

We are in the early stages of the planning and are just about to build but so far we've had a really great experience with Burbank. Along the way we've been very transparent and strict about our needs and our budget and they have come to the party and revised along the way to meet our needs. We have had a lovely experience with Catherine the rep at home world and Hayley and Veronica at the edge studio to choose all our finishes and see samples. Contracts were easy yo review and sign and prompt. hoping the good experience continues for the build!

We started our journey with Burbank with a great welcoming introduction, and felt at ease with the friendly nature of the consultant.
Once we picked out our house etc, Burbank went above and beyond to plan our new home.
The plans came back and we were so happy with the outcome.
We had a look at the display homes, and they are finished off immaculately. The professionalism at the Edge studio was fantastic, they were so helpful and great at giving you ideas to pick colours etc.
Our home consultant was assigned to us, and architect and they got stuck in drawing out the plans.
Everything was smooth, and we are now awaiting on our new home to be built.
Burbank always keep you informed what’s going on, there is so much to do in the background that we don’t see, and we appreciate all their efforts on keeping us up to date and working hard to get everything right.

We are soon starting our journey with Burbank to build our first home in Googong NSW. We got connected with Tim in Googong display home in February 2022 after we secure a land. Burbank was the first builder we have checked the same day we selected our block of land. I was impressed with the designs and inclusions they were offering. Later, I have checked few other builders but I must admit the skills Tim has didn't let our minds to deviate to any other builder.

Then the journey started and it's been a year that I am dealing with different people working in different areas of Burbank. And to be honest not a single bad experience, from designing, to colour selection appointment to electricals and tiles everyone has an exceptional attitude.

As stated it is my first home, they have provided me with genuine advice whenever I have asked for it. Our build will start soon and I will comeback with the photos to share.

I chose to build with Burbank following the unfortunate circumstances that resulted in my previous property needing to be knocked down. I chose them because their staff were responsive, their costs competitive and their floor plans logical and family friendly. They were more than accommodating and talked me through the process step by step. As someone who had never planned on building my own home I am very grateful to their staff for their assistance.

So far Burbank has been awesome. Knowledgable, honest, to the point, efficient and available. It's early days but they also appear to be significantly better value (i.e. cheaper) than every other builder we have contacted.

Right from the very beginning when we starting looking at homes, as soon as we went to Burbank the staff were approachable and came across very interested and very informative and willing to help us with our wants and needs of a new home. Right from the beginning Burbank Homes has been outstanding to us, the design we seen on display was immediately what we were after with a few alterations which were easy and affordable to make. Each stage of the process has been smooth and drama free with each person in the team responsible at the time being 100% approachable. Our construction process had been way above our expectations of our first home. The Building Supervisor we had could not have been any better to us, his professionalism and eye for detail took the worry away from building. The house has been completed 3 months ahead of the contracted date right before Christmas which has been excellent. Having Rick Agostino as our Building Supervisor has allowed us to ignore all of the horror stories we heard about how complicated, expensive and long building a home can take.

Every consultation in regards to building our new home was very good. From Adam, our New Home Consultant to the Edge team was amazing. It took out much of the stress. We can’t wait to see the build to start and the end product, a new house we can be very proud of. Thank you Burbank.
