Great service, switched our office sup[plies for our business to Impact about 6 months ago after a referral from a friend and we've not only saved money (we used Officeworks prev) but also have far less back orders. Friendly drivers too.

Polite and helpful

Very poor customer service. Supplied my son a pink pencil case, said they would replace it, never heard from them again. I have followed up with them a couple of times and it's been over a month, but nothing.
