I have done standard service with Auto master Cannington and is wonderful service. John is very knowledgeable and professional, explained clearly and what needs to be done.

Manager went out his way to understand what the issue with my car even though the shop was closed. Came back the next day with a quick diagnosis a engine oil refill and car was working great again. Manager refused to take a cent for the work. Very honest dealings and would highly recommend to anyone !

A personal thank you to John for such amazing and personal service. Something you just don't see anymore. My car wouldn't start after a collision, and I wasn't sure whether to have it towed in to the service centre. Since I was in the area, he actually drove to my house and personally inspected it. Ill be booking in the centre soon, and will be recommending them to all I know. Thank you.

John and his team do an exceptional job. I went back for my car service after switching to them to get my AC fixed. They really look after you and your vehicle to make sure you have a peace of mind and go above and beyond to exceed expectation. I highly recommend John and his team.

John and his amazing team always go over and above the call of duty! I usually get my car services with them but even when I've had a hose break unexpectedly they were happy to help and did all they possibly could to get me going again as quickly and cost effectively as possible. John and Kevin were both knowledgeable and professional. They were also friendly and happy to explain their diagnosis and solution. I had issues with aircon and brakes plus standard to major service. All sorted! The car issues I had are generally pricey to get fixed but I feel that the fee I paid was reasonable for the job. Happy to come back for future needs!

I am very impressed with the complimentary perks in the service. Especially the lost key service. John at admin was so helpful in guiding me through my car issues and did not pressure me into any hasty choices while providing me an analysis paper and quote.

Had my 90,000 kms done last Saturday and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. From the quote, booking, actual service and pick up time was a seamless and trouble free experience. I have had my vehicle done previously by a dealership but aside from always trying to separate me from my money, they either do not do 100% of the job if not mess up the work.

John does a fantastic job in explaining why and how the service will be done and goes through the invoice explaining how the price came to be.

They were very thorough and honest. They explained what all the car lingo actually meant and even showed me examples. I've never understood what a car service involves more than I do now. Friendly and easy. Would recommend to a friend.

"John rescued me when I pulled into the car park after closing time and asked if he could put some oil into my vehicle. The car was running really badly and the alert was showing. I thought I had run out of oil. Not at all. John checked the oil. No issues!" He also fixed the Coil and spark plug issues the very next day. My car is running smoothly now.

Amazing knowledge and how to on how to get my car safety ready all while being good on the bank. The lad who helped me was very kind and welcoming and happy to answer any of my novice car questions, I'll definitely go back again when my service is due or if I have any other things needed to be done on the car.
