Save the Children Op Shop - Cannington

I love this Op shop. The staff is very nice.

Well organised display and there are lot of good goods playing hide and seek.

I do understand the shop opening hours may vary unless we become generous to offer our free time to take a role of a volunteer at this shop.

I bought some $5 dresses for me and a game which I had been looking for for several years for my kids.

Also I bought some music books for my entire family.

So happy to stop at this op shop.

I will come back when I need something.

Shop few times here already and the staffs are very friendly. I personally love their collection of books and glassware.

Best op shop in Perth for VHS tapes, have at least 100 for sale here including a DADC box worth that I donated a few years ago. Great range of other physical media too i.e. DVDs and CDs.

Quality clothing and lovely staff. Would’ve given 5 stars however I genuinely feel their prices are too high for an opshop - in comparison to many other opshops. I likely won’t visit this one again as I prefer to know there maybe some sort of discount, especially if prices are already ‘up there’ (like salvos half price colour discount or vinnies/sammys regular 5th/10th visitor).

I understand there will likely be a response/‘reason’ to my negative but it won’t change that opshop prices of late are much higher than they need to be.

Only worth going if you're looking for women's clothes. Pathetic menswear section (or should I say rack). Dismal childrens' toy self. Good cause, though.

Bad and expensive! A bible $4

Horrible!!!!! Bad quality clothing, limited items, I had asked to use their toilet as my son was busting but the staff told us that they wouldn't help. I would rate lower if I could, but sadly 1 star is as low as it goes, and frankly, even that is too generous. Their heart may have been in the right place with the name and ethos, but their execution is appalling.

Arrived at 4pm was allowed in and within the next 10 mins they changed the sign to closed and were refusing customers entry and I was thirsty and asked if they could assist me with cold water and was told that it's not there fault that I didn't bring a water bottle and that I was to leave the store immediately as I was not a welcome customer all employees were incredibly rude and would not recommend this store as friendly and as shop that claims to be there for the community and kids

I'm sorry for a bad review and I understand it's manned by volunteers but it closes too early. I've arrived at 12 and it's been shut, although it's supposed to stay open until 1pm.
