Altronics

I have been there a few times for my security alarm battery. I have never encountered any antisocial behaviour there. The staff there have always treated me with respect as a customer and person.Many thanks guys for your help.From Robert. Glenton

Over the last 3 months l have had to go to Altronics at least 3 times for advice and information.Each time a young man called Marc dealt with me.What an amazing young man he is.Hes very knowledeable, patient, polite,he takes his time explaining things if he doesn't know the answer he looks them up on what ever. Marc is a huge asset to this company and a future manager.I forgot he always has a smile on his face. It was a joy to deal with him. The rest of the staff are worthy of a mention cos they are all team members

Great service by Lachlan. Knowledgeable and helpful. It was quiet in store, nearing closing time that weekend, he helped us get all the things we needed for my son's project. Went an extra mile to prepare the wire ends and gave wiring tips to my Year 5. And of course, batteries. Got everything from Altronics. Thank you. Definitely on my Go To list for STEM projects.

Superb staff, EXCELLENT helping hand. The bloke at the counter, think he was the store manager, and the young lady with him helped me heaps today! Took a SDI CCTV Cam in, they helped me resolve all queries in respect to it, even though I didn't originally purchase it from em!

Your store manager Steve was awesome. He had a 'can do' disposition and helped with an electronic issue I presented to him. His staff Josh had the same attitude. Well done Cannington branch. I shall always remember the brilliant service. Thank you.

Went in recently to get some bits and pieces for my business. How things have changed! Great casual but professional atmosphere, staff were helpful and friendly and the store looks 100% on what it was 12 months ago. Everything is neat and the new manager Steve has done a great job! Will be coming back more often now. :)

Great range, good prices, knowledgeable staff. I respect the type of staff where they not only know what a component is, but what it does.

I test my components religiously, and although online stores might be cheaper I have found various online retailer basic packs - resistors, caps, and transistors - to be very hit and miss. I'm yet to get a dud from a brick and mortar store.

Superb service. We run some Post Offices and the cable that connects our camera to our comp terminals. developed a fault. We were unable to get a replacement for 2 weeks. This literally cost as thousands in revenue. I went to other shops but they didn’t have the correct cable. Neither did Altronics. But they young guy behind the counter (I can’t remember his name) spent a lot of time figuring out how to adapt the cables they did have. Camera works. Very happy customer

As we know people usually leave reviews to complain when something bad happens to them and we really see people saying good things.

I drove past Altronics today and Josh provided amazing customer service answering questions I had about PC routers and adaptors I need for my guitar and mobile.

The new guy in store assisted me as much as he could even being fairly new staff accordingly to the 2IC who was helpful also.

Big thanks to Josh in particular for helping me out and having great customer service and product knowledge.

Surprised by the poor customer service reviews mentioned here. I've had quite the opposite experience, helpful staff, knowlegeable and professional. Well stocked store, good layout. Strongly discount the negative reviews, perhaps it's the way these customers
treated the staff in the first place.

Needed cabling for a tv, and so we told Charlie everything we needed, he explained concepts easily so we could comprehend and even helped with cable lengths and adaptors to save us $$. Great service, would 100% recommend.

What gets even better is when we got home we realised that the cable we thought we needed didn't fit (Completely our fault) so came back to get Louise's help this time. She returned our cable and helped find the one we actually needed. Easy and stress-free experience. Wouldn't get this service anywhere else! Thanks again guys

I needed some help selecting appropriate resistors and diodes for my LED lighting circuit. I prepared my schematic drawing, took my LED lights and made the mistake of first going to Jaycar. When I told their staff what I needed, they literally started at me blankly, like I was speaking Chinese. Next stop Altronics, and man! Were they helpful. Not only did they understand exactly what I needed, but they immediately took out their benchtop power supply, read my schematic and hooked up the circuit. Then they worked through a bunk of resistors and diodes to find exactly what I needed. They even took the time to walk through the store with me to pick out a bunk of switches to make sure I walked out with everything I needed. Extremely good service - especially by Josh! Thanks!

Excellent service and very helpful. I needed a mini bnc connector And nobody in Perth had one but Altronics Cannington was able to repair the broken cable. Highly recommend them.

Today I needed a solution for home security and knew exactly what set up I wanted I spent the day in several stores that didn't have what I needed.
