Goulburn Smiles Family Dental

It's not often you walk out of the dentist appointment with a smile but the experience at Goulburn Smiles was fantastic.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

The dentist did a great job in explaining everything including costs and the procedures being undetaken. They also checked regularly to see that I was okay and was gentle and respectful.

They also ensured codes were the ones that would work best for my health fund which Definitely helped the hip pocket (not that the services themselves weren't reasonably priced otherwise)

All staff I interacted with were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

For once I'm actually looking forward to my follow up appointment. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at this practice are so genuinely kind and helpful it’s a pleasure to have an appointment. My kids think visiting the dentist is fun and I have had everything from a clean to root canal to an extraction and have been treated with kindness and patience. A highly skilled dentist with a wonderful demeanour.

Dr Adam and his assistant were so friendly and professional. My young boys required extractions of baby teeth and they asked if he had even touched them after yeeth were removed. Very gentle and reassuring. They love going and think its fun! Definitely recommend for those who are afraid of dentists.

Very down to earth and all staff were lovely, didn't push for X-rays or other services I didn't want. Offering sensitivity relief for the clean was a great plus and asked what I needed and everything was done efficiently and quickly with minimal discomfort. Very quick in and out made it all very easy. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to make an appointment very quickly with this dental clinic and I am happy that I did. The staff here, from the dental nurse to the dentist were both friendly and professional, which definitely put me at ease.

The staff at the Goulburn Smiles are friendly and professional. I have undergone root canal treatment with the Dr Zeba Sayed, and Jess. They are very knowledgable and provided an excellent service. I highly recommend this dental practice as its prices are low compared with others and they also have payment plans, quality work and their dedication.

Absolutely awesome here. Made my 8yr old feel comfortable for dental work and even after biting his lip and causing it to swell when at home later, the dentist and assistants were quick to follow up and make sure he was ok which he is.

Have nothing but praise for Dr.Zeba, is a wonderful dentist, also caring ,kind and wonderful.Was so pleased with the work & care i recieved, that i recommend her always & will always go there for dental work. My daughter now only comes to Dr.Zeba after my praise for her,and she lives 2 hours away.

Brilliant service, they fit me in immediately as it was a bit of an emergency explained everything as it was happening and made sure I was ok throughout the extraction (because I don't do well at the dentist). Kind and friendly people, worth every star.

The staff at Goulburn Smiles are very knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to help their patients. The prices are considerably lower than other dentists and they work additional hours some evenings to meet the needs of their patients. I highly recommend Goulburn Smiles.

My first impressions were the cool & comfortable reception with TV & play area for yong childen.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. ..And as Dental Assistant calming & gentle. The remarkable Dentist ...Zeba....has a manner of calmness & concern that puts you in a relaxed manner for the business at hand. I had a mother who could hardly enter a dentist waitingroom...so petrified. .yet we know with advanced techniques dentistry has mastered pain free proceedures. ..yet with precision work of Capping I experienced several visits of professional workmanship that I am extremely proud of...And a big smile to the generous financial cost that was way ahead of the other dental surgeries in the main street!.... yet 60 Clifford Street is only a short walk from Auburn Street or park just outside the wheelchair access of the Dental Homestead...as that is the sense of welcoming manner!

Got my clean and whitening done, it was an amazing experience. Never anxious again to go to the dentist.

Goulburn smiles family dentist are fantastic kind and caring, after seeing another dentist who filled the wrong tooth leaving the one that I made the opment for in pain. I rang smiles and they filled right tooth and removed the infect one. Out come perfect work they are know our family dentist 😁
