Jake is a very professional salesman, who knows the cars he is selling inside out. He gave me a full tutorial on the car which I was not expecting but made the experience second to none.
The whole team at Geissler went out of their way to get the car delivered to me early as I had a busy week ahead.

We picked up our new car in August, and couldn’t be happier with the service. Harley made sure we knew everything we needed to before we drove off, and was happy to provide us updates on the car before it arrived at the dealership.

I purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek and was very impressed with salesperson Madison. She was very knowledgeable about the new Crosstrek, extremely helpful and with a happy disposition. I was also offered what I expected for the trade in price on my previous Subaru.

I dealt with several staff that day and found them all to be helpful and friendly especially Sales Manager Brady.

I would recommend, if you are in the market for a new car, to definitely talk to Geissler Motors first!

A great experience from my initial conversation with Vince all the way through to the handover of the vehicle. The mechanics did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, found faults and rectified them which delayed the handover but it was no drama and I really appreciated the attention to detail. We're based in Newcastle and Vince kindly suggested they meet me half-way in Sydney. I'd certainly recommend anyone from the major metro areas consider Geissler Motors for their next vehicle purchase.

Thanks to the service department for correctly diagnosing and fixing the EGR valve on my Triton. We weren't convinced that it was the problem and are very happy that we trusted them to fix the issue.

We were on our way from Sydney to Adelaide when we discovered some problems with the wheels on our Subaru Outback. Brady in the workshop somehow fitted us in to a busy day, replacing two wheel studs and checking the rest of the wheels for us. Saved our day and our trip. The courtesy bus dropped us in town while the work was done, then picked us up again. Oscar on the service desk sorted us out. Living over an hour away, I wanted to try a different Subaru dealer for servicing our Outback and stumbled across Geissler Motors. I’ve used the service-arm of this dealership for over 4 years and was never disappointed in their approach to professional automotive servicing and customer interaction. I was impressed from the moment I first walked into their service area those years ago – operating room clean and coffee was always on. Its still like this today. Hiedi and Rojan are the service counter tech’s and I believe Micheal is the courtesy bus driver (among other duties). All these personnel know their jobs and its always service with a smile and not bothered by the curliest of service questions.

My partner and I were considering an upgrade from our old Outback and decided to give the sales department a try – since we never had reason to talk to the sales staff before, and thought ‘why not’, the service department impressed us …

Some people would rather have a root-canal than go thru the sometimes angst-filled process of buying a new or used car. Meeting Nikki in sales who explained the new Outback - especially all the high-tech electronics that bristle in this vehicle and later Nathan, who I purchased the vehicle from, I realised I made the right call to purchase from Geissler. It was a pleasant buying experience from start to finish. Vince the Sales Manager was also good to deal with and made our buying experience all the better. Highly recommend Geissler!
