Absolutely amazing service this afternoon. I had tyre fail at 3:00 this afternoon. I called and spoke with Laura, who was incredibly helpful. As it turned out, all 4 of my tyres needed replacing (no question!), they had suitable tyres in stock, which was a pleasant surprise, as it’s an unusual car. No promises that they’d be able to get all 4 done before closing time, so I prepared to book a hotel for the night. But no, it was all hands to the task and they had me back on the road within an hour. These folks have delivered great service yet again, thanks!!

I was towed into Tyre right on a Friday afternoon with a mechanical problem with my caravan, Matt and the team could not of done enough for us. They repaired my caravan in under two hours and we were on our way.

Can't rate high enough. I got stuck in Goulburn with my 5 month old baby. Despite being busy Tony couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. It made a bad situation easy to cope with. We need more people and companies like this. A very big thank you.

My coach threw a belt on a very hot day so there was no a/c on the way back to Newcastle from Canberra with a school group. Got me up and running again in less than 1hr.

We were very impressed with this company who went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. They were out of stock of our tyre size, so they arranged with another tyre company to supply the required tyre, then Tyreright went to collect and then put it on the car as they could see unloading all our gear to get our spare to make a short trip was going to be troublesome.

We sat and read magazines and drank tea while we waited and were kept ip to date on what was happening. Very helpful & professional.

Being far from a tyre expert or someone who has must interest in tyres, I went online and purchased entry level tyres. Upon these being unavailable, they were subsidised with some others. Kimberley took the time on the phone to explain to me all about tyres, the wear and tear, how to get the most out of my tyres, what to do to look after them- Kimberley is incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and kind. I sat in the office and waited whilst my tyres were fitted and she is a true asset to the team. Thankyou for sharing your knowledge Kimberley and giving such great customer service.

I have a burst tyre near Goulburn. I changed to the spare one and looked here for a shop in Goulburn. I have never got any tyres service in Goulburn, therefore I couldn’t compare this shop to others.
However, I was glad that I came here.

Every staff was friendly, and easy to talk to. There was no feeling like they would try to rip you off at all.

We got a new spare tyre, and I asked them to check if everything is good with the tyre that I put on myself. They lifted my car and fixed it professionally and efficiently, made sure that my car was safe to drive. And they only charged for the tyre. Everything was done within 10 mins.

I wish I could give them much more than 5 stars.

Genuine Aussie Service.

Had a flat on the M1 and limped in with a spare that had a slow leak. I drive an old Holden so tyre sizes in the rack are rare.
Not only did these guys fix it in record time they also followed up on a leak issue when back on the M1.

The original alternator went in my 90s model Hilux in the middle of the night on my way home from Sydney on a Sunday night. I limped her into Goulburn and left her for the night.

They took her in at Tyre right on the Monday, sourced and replaced the part by Tuesday afternoon and I picked her up first thing Wednesday morning.

Phenomenal.

Extremely friendly and helpful service from office staff. Very prompt service an care taken by workshop staff in repairing trye Highly recommend Tyreright.
