Brisbane storm last night shot our power out. Chris had his teams out and about so he came himself within 2 hours of my call. Chris diagnosed the problem, proposed and implemented the work to be done and the power was back on (and the aircon for our 36 degree day). I was happy to pay the weekend penalty rates for the outcome. Excellent work and thank you Chris!

The team came to undertake a warranty issue on an appliance installation. On time, very informative about the issue and operation of appliance and even made good a safety short coming by the original installing technician.

Chris was able to talk me through diagnosing my problem over the phone, saving me a hefty call out fee on a public holiday.
He came up with multiple scenarios on how we could move forward with a call out if need be.
He really took the time to explain why my problem may have occured, and he was able to do so in a way that made sense and also didn't make me feel dumb for not being an electrician.
