McDonald's St Clair

Holly the manager tonight was very professional. She helped us as we ordered through the app for Mcdelivery for the first time. We had items missing and a completely different burger to what we ordered. We called the shop and the manager was very helpful and understanding. We had to go to the shop to pick up our order but it was all remade and fresh and she was very apologetic and professional about it.
So what was a bad experience at first turned into a happy ending thanks to Holly.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. While my kids were playing some others were climbing all over equipment. I staff member gently corrected them. Food was good for McDonald. I do not eat it but my kids do and my coffee is always good... There's a nice lady with white blond hair who is very helpful but all staff were friendly. Thanks

Me and the boys were having hotpot up at Bungleboori Campground, but we ran out of beef so we fanged it over here in the hope of a good feed. We ordered a meal fit for a king, however there were a few errors made. Our girls Kaitlin and Keira handled it like queens, listening well and offering excellent customer service, delivering the remaining constituents for our feast. Their communication skills were exemplary, so I got their names and promised to write them this review. Well done team, not sure why the gronks on this page don't applaud your good work.

Absolutely the cleanest toilet for a male in a long time of using male toilets in fast food precincts...but I can't get my head around why people can't take a break. You only do that when your self employed like me. ..I can't get my head around steam blasting all cooked animal chicken bone carcasses to extract all possible meat...then wash it in ammonia & other disgusting chemicals. Adding chicken taste and turning it into chicken nuggets. Apple pies have extenders in them. The best being Choko fruit. By itself it tastes like the dish it's served in...but cut it up like the chunky apple bits...cooked with the apple filling...it tastes just like apple. So it's a win win for Maccas...choko is cheeep.put in ½the amount of apples, add the same half as Choko...K$a$ C$hing !!!$$$...Maccas just made 50% profit...we paid more but quality is halved...we don't know because they've been doing it for decades.

Personally I feel more comfortable wearing a Gourd. More roomier. Better cover from rainforest down pours.
Besides Apples with Gourd extenders ...just doesn't have a ring to it !
About as edible as not enough apples and too much choko in the apple pies.

I have what’s called Ménière’s disease which means I have to be careful of the amount of salt in my diet. St Clair McDonald’s is by far the best at supplying my fries with no salt. The staff go out of their way to make sure my order is perfect without any hassle. You have no idea how you have helped me to be able to enjoy a little take away meal without worrying it is going to make me sick. Thank you all so much ❤❤❤

The reason McDonald’s send customers to the waiting bay is because they have times to get cars out of the drive thru, whether or not there is a car behind you.

The staff are bright and cheerful - not always accurate, but quick to make it right.

Luv My Coffee Frappes always buy 2, there open 24/7 its close to home & don't have to travel far. The kids work so hard there, great work guys😊

I have to say they make the best cappuccino out of any Mcdonalds any where. I travel around a lot and always drive thru different stores for a cappuccino and most of the time they are terrible..BUT St clair make the best ones.

I will mention my bias .I love Mc .Donalds food no matter where i go in Australia.The only negative side here is again the parking.The spits alocated 4 the store are very few.The stuff there must negotiate with the St.Clair Shopping Centre extra parking spits

The employees where very nice and took abuse from other customers without rage. Good was delicious and burgers where assembled properly

Great service in drive through. Fast to get the food to you, and food quality is decent for a McDonald's.
