Outstanding customer service.
From my first phone call with Kayne to picking up our outdoor table the service we received was 'remarkable'. Living 700klms north of Brisbane everything had to be organised before we went to the store. Kayne chased up the table we wanted then organised the the warehouse in preparation of our pickup etc. The guys at the warehouse also were very also helpful with the loading etc for us.

Five star experience all the way, from great service in the shop, a very good deal on a great product and delivery being bang on time. After sales support was also excellent with a small cosmetic issue addressed immediately and replaced without fuss. Highly recommended!

Definitely a 10/10 experience. My partner and I were looking for an outdoor table. After shopping around and visiting the store, no less than 3 times, we finally decided to buy our table with the help of the amazing team at remarkable. The delivery was made on our terms and conducted by 2 very patient and professional men. We spotted a small default and immediately let the team know. Shruti, the manager got back to us right away with a satisfying response. We couldn’t be happier.

Excellent experience at the Valley store. Super helpful staff, great showroom and range. An issue cropped up (neither parties fault) and Remarkable staff went out of their way to help with it straight away. Furniture has arrived and it’s perfect. We have not had a better shopping experience in a very long time. The staff at the Brisbane store are exceptional at what they do. Not only did they truly listen to what we were needing, but they went above and beyond to make sure that we had trust in them, their store and that we were overall left feeling very well looked after. They have remarkable knowledge of their products - what they're made of, how they are made etc. They also have a very good sense of design so they were extremely helpful with finding creative solutions with us. However, the thing that stood out to us the most was how they took their time with us, we never felt rushed and more importantly they seem to really enjoy what they do. We will always recommend our friends and family to shop here and we will continue to return again and again. Thank you so much to the team!

Fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted to see how a coffee table looked with a setting (it was quite heavy), Mayank was so helpful, he moved it across for me. It looked fabulous so I purchased the lot!. He checked to see if it was in stock and when it could be delivered. It was delivered the following week. Its so rare today to get such helpful, respectful and cheerful service. I had a cushion missing, but no problem Kane arranged for it to be sent out immediately. I would highly recommend this store, the products are amazing and so are the staff. Thank you.

The best service in a long time. I had Kayne serve me and he went above and beyond to get me exactly the furniture I needed and gave me an incredible deal. I asked so many questions and he was so patient with everything I needed to know about outdoor furniture. The quality of the furniture I have received is above anything else I have found and the price was so much more affordable than other places. Superb experience at Remarkable Furniture. The showroom manager Kane was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We bounced some ideas off one another and then I sat down quietly with no pressure to make my decision. I ended up purchasing a magnificent ourdoor dining table, chairs and a beautiful lounge. Couldn't be happier. These guys are the real deal of service and quality.

I had such a great experience. I placed an order over the phone. I wish I remembered her name. She was insanely helpful, delivery was so prompt and the delivery men were extremely helpful given our table was so heavy it almost wasn’t going to be possible. Can’t recommend this store enough!

I recently purchased an outdoor table and setting from Remarkable Outdoor Living in Brisbane. The guy who served us, Rocky, was brilliant. We needed a few different seating arrangements due to our deck size and shape, and he spent the time with us to get it right. An outstanding service. I had Shruti serve me at the Fortitude Valley Homemaker centre. She was superb. The product had a flaw, and so was discounted, and she made sure to point out the flaw. Shruti also went beyond to help me with delivery options. Shruti is honest, polite and helpful.

Fantastic service. I was only after 2 outdoor chairs and a matching side table so not a big sale but the service was lovely. So friendly and happy to help especially when I drove my car in to pick it all up Saturday morning. Thanks for you help!
