Bass Coast Country Cottages

George and Di were great hosts. The unit was clean, sumptuous and very comfortable. We were spoilt with fresh baked muffins and bread. We also found the breakfast hamper a great bonus, but wait there was also a box of chocolates. Nothing was an issue with these hosts and there wonderful accommodations.

We're looking forward to staying again, such a lovely time at the cottage. Our 2 year old loved meeting all the animals, George and Di are lovely hosts, the room was spacious and sparkling clean. We enjoyed a beautiful bottle of wine and cheese on the deck at night, such a peaceful location. Thanks for having us! Amy, Nick & Daisy

The cottage is so perfect, has everything you need, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast and wine and cheese platter, we felt totally spoilt.
Gorgeous surroundings and nice and close to where the wedding we were attending was.

Warm welcome on arrival and a quiet location. Easy 15 minute drive to cafes, restuarants, and Phillip Island. Well presented cottage with great views over the paddocks. Indulged in homemade muffins and baked bread, as well as a bottle of wine and a cheese platter all being delicious. Lovely evening walking around the dam and visited the horse paddock before heading off to dinner.

Beautiful, clean cottages and stunning property! Was lovely to be able go down the paddocks and see the horses. Di and George were great hosts and lovely to chat with. Got treated with a cheese platter, fresh home baked bread, a bottle of wine, breakfast and lots of snacks.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Was perfection just relaxing in the spa with everything we could have possibly needed supplies to us.

George & Di. Were friendly accommodating hosts . We were amazed when George retuned soon after greeting us with a chilled bottle of Muscato to enjoy with all the complimentary goodies they provided. Beautiful home baked bread with REAL butter, yummy cheese platter, home made muffins & jams as well as decadent chocolates. AND flower petals on the bed with “happy birthday “message for my darling wife. Many Thanks guys. Very pleasant stay👍👍💕💕

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was sparkling clean, with a spa bath, overlooking the farm. It was very nice to have muffins, cheese platter with wine and yummy breakfast. Excellent hospitality and we loved the DVD collection too. Everything you need for a quiet and peaceful get away. We booked directly and saved some $$

We arrived late Thursday evening to be warmly greeted by Di, George and Coco the dog. The cottage was decorated by Di in a beautiful romantic scene with balloons, petals and chocolates on the bed. The heater was on and champagne was in the fridge and a delicious cheese platter. Fresh bread and muffins and full breakfast provisions. Incredible and relaxing spa bath with bubbles too. It’s so peaceful and listening to the sounds of the country in the morning is just what we needed. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage and and only an hour or so drive down the coast which is great. Thank you Di and George for your hospitality 🥂

Beautiful serene place to spend a relaxing weekend with great hosts. Anytime in the Philip Island this will be our first choice. Photos of the view from the room.

We had the most pleasant experience staying here. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The cabin was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Freshly baked bread, bacon eggs were also provided which was fantastic. Thanks Di and George, we'll most certainly see you again!

The host were wonderful. The place was pristine more so with the delicious freshly baked bread and the food provision for breakfast was very delicious. It catered for us beautifully however one thing I would like to add especially for a coffee lover like myself a Nespresso machine or equivalent would have been a treat rather than the coffee bags that’s all.

A view to die for! The cottage overlooks sublime farmlands, a small pond nearby, ponies up front and majestic hills in the distance. What a view to wake up to! The interiors are just as spectacular: neat and very modern, with a gorgeous spa bath and a fancy fireplace. Our hosts George and Di were very hospitable; we were offered freshly baked bread and pancakes, a fully stocked fridge and kitchen. All in all one of the best and most relaxing holidays. Will choose Bass Coast Country Cottages whenever we are visiting this side of Victoria again!

Top quality accommodation. Hosts Di & George are great to deal with. Saw kangaroos, a wedge tail eagle, horses, pony. Very comfortable, breakfast delicious. Definitely return.
