Selena was a wonderful sales assistant. She helped me find and source the exact pieces I was looking for. Ordered them from the Brisbane store and had great communication throughout the whole process. Sadly I wasn’t able to thank her in person when I picked up the finished necklaces, but they were stunning and exactly what I was looking for.

Always friendly staff, happy to help and give the best advice. I needed to get my engagement ring resize, it was fast service. I put it in on a Sunday and was back by Thursday and it looks so shiny and clean.

I have been buying jewellery from Trewarne since the early 90's from their original shop in Templstowe and from their Southland store for the last 12 years. Their passion for jewellery and their variety of style and design in their pieces are second to none, and you know what? Their customer service is even better! This is why I do not consider any other jewellery store when looking for a gift for loved ones!
