Vancouver Street Cafe

Nice coffee, friendly service and a lovely setting for a cafe out on the side of Mt Melville. If you can there is an outside seat to the East that has a rather nice view. Nice place to chill out for a bit.

Nice and relaxed little cafe with a lovely cottage vibe. We enjoyed a delicious omelette and an Eggs Benny. Very generous portions. The tea for two was enough for four! Very good Vancouver Street Cafe.

Great value for money and man working front of house (unsure of name but had a beard) was working hard. Had the half size Vancouver breakfast and was huge, great value for the money. Cozy little vibes, will come again :)

Recommended by a friend when visiting Albany. Friendly service. Beautiful looking old building. Breakfast was so good. I’d plan a trip back to Albany just for breakfast. Big thumbs up from me with the range of vegetarian options on offer. Actual wilted spinach which so many cafes don’t bother with now. Huge portions. Pay for what you get. Very friendly and accommodating service. Given a bowl of sliced banana on the house for our little girl, when the server noticed my husband giving her a little of his banana. Change table in bathroom as an added extra with soft candles burning. Art work by local artists for purchase hanging inside cafe. Indoor and outdoor areas for dining. I will be back!!!! Yum!

I quite enjoyed the breakfast special with asparagus. Cozy place with high-quality barista coffee and a gorgeous view.

Visited twice, once for lunch then for breakfast. The cafe is located away from the downtown area. Staff are friendly and the place has plenty of character.

My first meal, lunch, I had the Chicken Salad with Mango and then my companion and I shared one brownie and souffra cake. All dishes were delicious, served in a timely manner. The souffla cake, a first time for me, blew my mind.

Breakfast a couple of days later I had the omelette with cream cheese and salmon. Very tasty and an excellent hot chocolate.

Great experience. Will re-visit.

Popped in while we were in town & bought some cakes to take away, looked a cozy place to kick back & relax, service was great cakes even better

Great breakfast spot in Albany, WA. The scrambled eggs special was great. The cafe design is cool, seems like an old house. Friendly staff. reccommend a visit if you’re visiting Albany.

Great Coffee and Food served in a cosy friendly home style cafe :) Breakfast menu has a great variety with good sized serves. Off the main stress so beautiful and quiet. Staff were super friendly.

Loved this hide away cafe. Loved that they did a half serve which was just perfect. It looked so good that I forgot to take a photo! I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast with mushrooms, spinach, tomato and a poached egg. Just scrumptious ☺ Parking can be a little tricky for those that find walking inclines a little hard, but definitely worth it.

Fabulous service and a very good lunch. What more could you ask for?

Great hidden spot, away from the main road and busy streets. Food was prepared and served swiftly with love. Staff were friendly and respectful. Had the bacon and eggs added extra mushroom and spinach for $20, well worth it. Bread was fresh and perfect!

Only negative was I sat outside which was probably my mistake as the flies quickly swarmed once food was served.

Nevertheless, I’ve found my brekky spot for business trips in Albany. Who needs a hotel with breakfast when you can come here!

Outstanding little cafe well worth a visit. The older gentleman who greets people and serves the meals has outstanding old school customer service skills. I was even impressed by the attention to detail he demonstrated when cleaning the display fridges. Can't fault it.

It's always perfect, the staff are fantastic, and the food is absolutely amazing and delicious.
I fully recommend it to everyone!
