Absolute legend, had a weird noise coming from our car, popped in to ask about it and he dropped what he was doing to help us out and when he realised what it was and that it was an easy fix told us so and managed to be fixed by the time we left.

Now I have had a couple of jobs done by Karl I am more than happy to say his knowledge, helpfulness, explanation and straight talk will bring me back to Auto-Lec Solutions as my preferred option any time in the future.

My alko esc was red lighting and the manager was onto how to sort the issue immediately.
