Great little priceline, it is on the smaller side so stock is limited but the staff are wonderful. I had a few questions and the staff took the time to not only assist but went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and that it met my needs. Very grateful, thank you!

However you really need to update the hours you have on your website. I was disappointed to see you close at 3pm on Sunday with only a piece of paper on your door saying sundays till 3pm - your website says 5pm so today I missed out on getting my meds.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now due to local convenience. Never had any problems with them at all.

It's used to be a lovely place to go for pharmacy and cosmetic needs but although it's across the Road I refuse to go any more! They don't smile, certainly don't assist with customer service. I recently accidently threw out my meds. I went there to get more and the very rude pharmacist told me it was too soon to get more meds. I explained they are antidepressants and you can't just stop taking them..she then wrote in huge writing across scrip not to be dispensed before a certain date. I said that I really need these capsules. Her answer was.....well you should be more careful! OMG I am 70! The lovely ladies who used to work there were so helpful and friendly. Priceline has lost my business but they don't care they are a big business.

I love Priceline but this store 9/10 times doesn't have what I need in stock. Disappointing as I like to support local businesses!

Asked the pharmacist about medications for pain relief and the best option for me and also asked if it’s stronger than what I was currently on, replied with “ well obviously “. I replied with I dont know, im not a doctor that’s why im asking for your advice. Just unnecessary attitude.

The staff here are rude! They treat your questions like an inconvenience. Seriously, what is up with the service here ?

Honestly the worst service, I am heavily pregagnt and when I went over to get my medicine prescribed by my Dr the first phramastic told me she was out of stock before even looking at my script. I asked to speak to her manager who then told me there was a problem with opening my script. I then Insisted there wasnt and she continued to pretend there was. She called my dr 5 times to confirm it was a legitimate escript and then once my Dr confirmed she pretended my Dr cancelled it. I said I was calling the Dr and she then called and pretended to check if it was cancelled and my Dr told her to give it to me. She made a pregnant women feel like.a Junkie and stand there for over 55 minutes. I have sciatica and can barely move! I am heavily obviously pregnant and When I said I was going to report her she sthreatened to refuse my future medicine. By the time I got to my car I was in tears. This chemist bullies pregagnt women and I will never ever go back there.

Possibly the worst stocked chemist in Australia. You should shut this store for a week and teach your staff customer service and how to smile. I will never return. Just rubbish

Rude. 4 staff working behind the script section were so rude mainly 2 of them tokd me 10mins amd 30mins later my script was ready. No apologies. Learn some manners and dont be rude to people. No wonder they are so quiet. So rude im really upset

Yes it's a common theme with this pharmacy, if you ask if you can get anything stronger than mersynofen you r exactly that, treated like a junkie, the script that I had for my husband with stomach cancer was denied due to a lack of Medicare details, even though she hadn't even checked on the computer for the name......evidently according to these comments "junkies" r their only customers who cannot get their prescription filled.......I'll be speaking to Head Office about this.....
