Great little shop in the heart of town. Heap of supplies for everything you need for your pet. From bedding to food to equipment and tools. . Free Parking right out the front. Any thing on Wheels can access the shop no worries as the ramp takes you right through the front sliding door. 2 friendly ladies helped me with my requirements. Will definatley return for any more goodies I need 😊 thank you ladies for a lovely experience!

The Absolute Best Service pet store I've been into in decades!!!! This store was recommended to us by an associate. We called on the phone (before making the 1 hour journey from our town to Wonthaggi), and were amazed at how knowledgeable the staff were, and how willing they were to offer advice and give "correct" information, relative to the species of parrot we have. They happily spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with us, and we hadn't even been to the store. Clearly worth the drive, we visited, and spent another 30 minutes in store learning from the incredible first hand experience offered by the staff there. Very Impressed, we will happily drive there to purchase our products (they have loads), due to the incredible service offered by friendly & very knowledgeable staff.

Excellent customer service, always a happy face. Good prices and good products with most of what you need! We cater for our snake/ guinea pigs/ parrots/ dog and cat and purchase everything from these guys. Highly recommended.

Fantastic friendly service. I was looking for a dog harness and the assistant was fantastic in making sure we got the right size. We must have tried on at least five to make sure we had the best fit. Prices were very reasonable.

Good clear signage for how to observe social distancing at their store. Nice service, helpful, always have Phoenix brand I need for my 5 mth old pup, and Black Hawk brand for my 3 y.o cat. Very convenient.

Fantastic service! Col delivered kennel he assembled for me and offered to return on two occasions when, by my mistake, it wouldn't fit through the garage door. Returned on Monday, disassembled and then reassembled the kennel for me. I was very impressed by such service.
