Sublime views from lookout. Etc, green roof!

The ecological reserve is a marvel to behold! With a great board walk and amazing views of the windmills, this incredible locale is a must see attraction.

One day we will need this facillity. In the meantime it is a great place to spend some time. The grounds are spectacular and alive with plants, birds and animals.

Providing water for everyone. Victorians have not had any water restrictions since Labor complained built this marvellous piece of 21st Century infrastructure and how the Liberals and Newscorp & Skynews hate it. They bagged it for years. But they are pretty silent about it now and especially so in hot dry El Nino years !!! !!

What iz diz?!

This important water facility is a good place for a quick visit.
Visitors can easily view the huge plant from the outside.
Hearing so much about the Victorian Desalination Plant via many years of media coverage, it was good to be able to finally visit.
The landscaping surrounding and on top of the building is impressive.
Making the inside of the facility more regularly open for visitors to experience would be good. Similar to power stations of all types, many people would be interested to see the inner workings of this place.
Worth stopping by to see if you are in the area.

Very intriguing location, ecological area is lovely when the weather is not full sun and 35 degrees! (I would avoid going then). The plant is of particular architectural interest, and executed very well. Slightly limited guest parking, but adequate toilets for car park scale. I am wanting to go back to see more animals and go further into the ecological reserve.

A really interesting place to visit, mainly to experience the shear magnitude of the facility. Quite an amazingly designed building, which you can only view from the outside. Very high security here, too. It's worth walking along the boardwalk to see it from up high.

Not properly used, like a white elephant built by the state government and paid by local residents costly.
Who will pay a petrol price for similar water from the plant?
