Setting up our new place was a breeze with Rigby’s. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were committed to finding solutions for our internal footprint issues and the delivery process was seamless. So happy we went with a local business who are passionate about customer service!

Returned 4 dining chairs which we bought at Home makers approximately 3 years ago.
Four of the chairs material had deteriorated.
Home makers had fixed the chairs without any issues and we were extremely satisfied with their support.

These guys are just the best. So helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Range is awesome. I bought mattress base and it was delivered free of charge, same day. Highly recommend.

Incredible service, great range. We were tossing up between an online mattress and after being explained the pros and cons of all different mattress types we ended up picking one in the store (for the same price as an in the box). Highly recommend!

There is no other furniture I would go to except this store in Wonthaggi. Sometimes it is not the price or the availability but when the customer service is excellent I will always go back. So many stores have cheaper and may be even the product that you need, but there is no putting a price on customer service. Please continue the good service and blessings for your future
