I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years now and have never had any bad experiences with their products. I have bought a number of bags and accessories and have never found any of them to be faulty or of poor quality. I don’t understand people who only want to spend $40 on a bag and then complain that it’s not of high end quality.

People who expect high end items in a non high end store, need to go to Chad's tone and waste their money

Good variety of bag and jewellery options at a reasonable price.

Have brought several bags at this location each bag has had faulty stitching. Tried to resolve issue with the manager of this store with no results. I will never buy another bag from this company again .. The workmanship on these bags for the price they are selling for is a rip off. Very poor quality don't waste your time or Money on purses or bags. Purse zips break bag stitching comes apart.. don't recommend these bags or purses. Staff was unhelpful in resolving the problem..

So I bought a wallet in the Westfield shopping centre but the card slot was sewn too far over so the cards didn't fit. I said hi at the counter and the girls were less than pleased to stop chatting. I tried to explain my problem to one worker but got nowhere "sorry they're the same, I don't understand". I was then surprised when her coworker looked at her and said "whatever, just give her the new one, they're the same." I'm very glad I'm only on holiday here, wouldn't be returning if I lived here.

Every time I have bought jewellery from here it has broken as I have been putting it on. I would not choose to buy any jewellery from this store again. I have not used their bags so they might be better, but I would not recommend the necklaces.

Ripped off with covert advertising regarding spend. $50 get free wallet. Beware tiny hidden text amongst pictures. Does not apply to sale items.
