Staff was very helpful via phone conversation. Nothing was a trouble to the staff member. Very pleasant and polite and only too happy to put the item aside with our name on it to be picked up the next morning. Also, no problem with exchanging the item that had parts missing when we came to pick up the exchange item. Thank you for a great shopping experience

I was unable to get the item I needed as they were out of stock but the young man who came to assist me was so helpful and even looked on the top shelves to see if there were some of the doorknobs that I needed in boxes up there. There was ample parking too.

I bought a heater from Bunnings in Kangaroo Flat . The heater was either substandard or defective. My feedback was treated professionally, the staff were polite and a refund was offered immediately.

Loved bunnings in bendigo and staff are very friendly.

Best thing was, went to buy umbrella during new year holiday break after 6 pm as it was rainy, apart from staff and few other customers , entire bunnings was empty, approx 10-15 customers (excl staff) in entire store and stock was full. It was dream for us, as every bunnings close to place where we live are busy including parking spots and if an item is on sale then chances are close to none to find.

This was best bunnings experience.

Everyone loves Bunnings including me. It's probably a bit more expensive that other places if you shop around however it just has it all in the one shop. I could easily spend 100k there in a day.

Had the best experience ever with Shane @ Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo. Had to pick up a large box consisting of heavy metal shelf rack. Since, I am pretty new to load and tighten this kind of heavy object, I took assistance/guidance from Shane. He went above and beyond to give 7 star customer service. I seriously do appreciate Bunnings and their policies which instil such kind of attitude in their team members. Kudos to Shane & Bunnings other team 👏

The Kangaroo flat location has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Bunnings!!

We went in and spent $1000 on kitchen/bathroom/flooring equipment and a staff member named Chanelle was fantastic. She had a great knowledge of the products on offer and was super efficient and friendly.

Counter staff at checkout, Cheryl and Jodie were also super friendly and helpful.

Will return for sure!

This is a classic Bunnings Warehouse, an enormous place with good access and parking, and fair to good customer service, they go out of their way to be helpful if you can find them. The quality of goods purchased is about equal to other large hardware stores in the area and the prices are fractionally lower. I always spend a lot of time and money when I come here, mostly because I find so many things I like.
Overall: Everything you expect from a big Bunnings store.
Highlight: Genuinely polite staff.

My favourite place!! Love the range.... of any product!!! Love the trolleys in the middle with all the marked down bargains. Staff are always willing to help and full of knowledge. I always spend too much time and too much money here - but I always walk away happy and smiling. Best therapy money can buy.... plus now they have flybys - winning!!

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a security system and lady at the desk didn't know much about them so called over a young bloke who was apparently the expert. He was very helpful and knew everything about it - even very techinical questions I asked from working in IT that I wouldn't expect a Bunnings worker to know. He's probably a bit too overqualifed to be working at Bunnings 😂 Snags were good as well
