People sound nice on drive threw, it's a bit of a weight for food but the food is brilliant

Was at here yesterday and a wonderful young lady served me I think her name was Audrey. Great service

Came in yesterday leah served me and she was amazing

We had a wonderful experience in store, Stephen was there waiting for our order as we walked in, waited for us to all to make up our mind (took a while), received us with a smile and a frienly attitude, when our food was ready he brought it to our table and as we left he held the door open for us, all of this with a pretty busy store but he never failed to be attentive at the counter for other customers/ Menulog drivers 11/10 Purely spectacular. Ordered off the offers page and received very cheap meals!

The burgers are tastier than other places and size is value for money. The service takes longer during busy times.

A quiet place to chill with the kids. Food is awesome, service busy but those guys look after you and make sure you get your meal on time.

we arrived 10min before them closing (on 19th July), and the staff were still very welcoming and nice and great to get fresh chips and burgers at the end of their shift.

I come to this HJS wayy too often, I love the burgers when they're correct but they're usually really chill about any mistakes made. The workers are great and friendly especially when I rock up 30 minutes before closing absolutely tired with my partner, with a car cutting in front of us in the drive through making everyone real confused about whos food is what. Tonight was the best experience, everyone was way too tired to give a damn and honestly that makes the service feel more human when they can act how they want.
Always going here and I don't see myself stopping from coming here.

No regret to come down and will definitely come back again very good experience for their lovely service, the owner know exactly what you need, well trained staff as well.

The burgers truly are better at Hungry Jack’s however the service is not. Staff don’t take too kindly to being asked to clean the drink cups before handing over to us. Very annoying.Quick and handy stop near Lansell Plaza with plenty of parking. Tables were clean and staff were courteous. Food didn't take long to come and it was pretty good. The toilets could be improved with a good clean but this was the only negative

This place does the best vegan rebel whoppers around. Perfect amount of sauce and vegan mayo 👌
If only the Melb restaurants knew your tricks 🙂

Walked in very clean and tidy. Fantastic service.... didn't wait long for our food. Everything we ate was beautiful and fresh.... would have to be the best Hungry Jacks I've been to... keep up the good work guy's

The food is always great at Bendigo Hungry Jacks. I also want to commend the excellent customer service of the team and in particular that of the Manager (Jess). who went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify an issue we had.

Drive through is busy if you time it wrong. My favourite fast food chips. Burgers are good, with 2 choices for vegetarians always available.

Food great. Customer service terrible. Customers are put to the side and menu log takes over whole store? Pathetic.
Hire more staff if cany take care of the people in front of you HG.

I recieved no tomato on my whopper jnr. It was squashed down. Normally great service n food.

As usual, I love the burgers, but it was the hot chocolate that really won me over tonight.
5 stars for the person who made it!
First time I’ve ever tried one here, and already I’m hooked! Lol.
