I go here to get my cat food. Also, the international roast instant coffee is cheap. I also get Visa prepaid gift cards here when I can't get to the bank
They have self service automatic tellers and the online service is pretty handy too

Usually my go to stop for shopping, but tonight's experience made it so much better, Reagan and other workers went above and beyond in a situation they didn't need to help with.
Would definitely recommend always going there for supportive and friendly staff

Clean, tidy, spacious.... looks new.
Never interacted with staff so cant comment there, but Im sure they are pleasant.
Went on Easter Monday, not too busy.
Bought Iced Coffee milk, they hadn't run out.... yay!
Saw they had a green juice that I'd not seen in the suburbs of Melbourne..... wish I'd taken a pic of it.

Products easy to find. Quick courteous service. Clean store. Great specials. Just did Christmas shop only paid $38. Cheap Christmas. Go everyday rewards.

Well set out store, clean mostly self serve registers was a shock. Would prefer more manned registers for jobs wise.

Great shop good staff

As usual, the staff were friendly and helpful. I decided when I got to the checkout that I needed a trolley because as usual, had bought more than expected, so the thought of lugging the shopping to the car, didn't appeal. The store wasn't busy (it was late in the evening) and to my surprise, the staff member said she would get the trolley for me and went and did so. Now, that's great service!

Clean store, great layout, great range of products. Stock, like everywhere can be a bit hit and miss at present but generally you can find anything you need. The store refit is almost complete and the new layout and fixtures are excellent. The space has improved and there is more room for the bakery and deli, and the carpark had been rebuilt for in-car pickups.

Finally getting used to the change of aisles and where the food is located. The Deli actually had some good specials. Prices permanently down is great. I bought ladies toiletries for less than $5, that has never happened!!

Great value, open at a reasonable time to get some necessary items.
Not too congested for a snap lockdown so it's good to see people are learning not to panic buy anymore.
Staff are always happy and helpful.

Went to the bottle shop and have to say that the lady working was a great help. I didn’t know how to link my rewards card to BWS and she gave me a few hints. Very patient with me! That deserves 5 stars or more

Kind and helpful staff

Easy parking. Fun, friendly staff. It's a Level 2 supermarket (they don't have the Level 1 products). The customers are predominantly working class: honest & hard working. I once dropped my wallet in the carpark with loads of cash and some sweet soul handed it in without taking anything 😍

I was looking for hand warmers in preparation for a trip to the snow. I couldn't find any so asked a passing staff member for assistance. He said he recalled seeing something similar but for feet. He did his best to look for them but had no luck. He went to the counter to search the item on the computer and still had no luck. He made the effort to check with other staff members to see if they knew of anything like I was after. They pointed him to the bargain bin which is exactly where the foot warmers were. Not 100% what I was after but they'll do the job just fine and I very much appreciated the assistance.

I had a big shop, i found that it was cheaper with alot of things and has a great range of products so i got the majority of grocery there. The guy at the checkout was friendly, i enjoyed my shop

Went shopping on Tuesday at Woolworths in Golden Square. I felt good after having major surgery a week before. Half way through, I began to feel ill. I quickly finished up and went into a line to scan and pay. The lady at the check out, greeted me then proceeded to process my shopping. Then she packed the bags in my trolley and said "i will get someone to help you to the car". I almost burst into tears. I asked her how did she know? Her reply -you looked at though you were struggling.
Thank you so much. An act of kindness made my day. Also thank you to the young man who took out my groceries and loaded them into my car.
It was foolish of me to have gone shopping but thank you to the staff for your assistace and kindness.

Excellent supermarket with the BWS right next door. I have come to this woolworths, formerly Safeway, since I was 2 years old. It has only ever improved.
