SIMPLY INCREDIBLE. We recently spent the weekend in Rutherglen to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Grace was on our to do list. After being knee deep in babies for the last five years, we craved a unique and high quality dining experience that differed to the pasta and chicken nugget monotony of our every day reality and gee whiz did they deliver. We are so grateful for the outstanding service, commitment to fine dining and accommodating atmosphere. They were truly sensational and attended to our every need. I can honestly say, that Grace was the pinnacle of our trip and we will be returning ASAP. Matt and Erica, you are a treasure to the Rutherglen community and surrounding areas. Thank you so much for making our special occasion feel like a shared celebration. Cheers.

Grace has and will continue to have a place in my heart forever. From a humble start during lockdown to a roaring success years on. These titans of Rutherglen offer consistent, high-quality delicious food and drink with IMPECCABLE service. I have now lost track of how many times and who in my life I have brought here since my first dining experience but I’ve never tired of coming back again, again and again.

3 adults, 1 child. Selection of snacks, mains, a side, and desserts. Epic drinks list. Do yourself a favour and let the staff recommend food and wine pairings. One of the best dining experiences we have had.

Best restaurant in the southern hemisphere. The food, wine and service are impeccable. Erica and the staff make you feel so welcome the entire time. The chairs at the back of the court yard are also the perfect way to unwind after a hard days work.

Could not fault the food, wine, or service. A 'perfect 10' in every respect. We would have gone back two nights in a row, if they had been open!

Loved our first experience at Grace last night. The food and atmosphere are incredible. Excellent selection of wine. My duck was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning and bringing friends and family. Thank you Erica and Matt.

What a gem in little historic Rutherglen! Impeccable food and drinks, beautifully presented in a modern, relaxed but curated atmosphere. The staff is incredible, there’s so much love and soul in everything they do. I keep going back to Grace whenever I can and I’m amazed every time…. It’s the kid of place you just can’t get enough of.

I would also like to mention that since my first experience at Grace, I’ve returned many times with my infant and the staff was nothing but lovely and helpful, making us feel at home and facilitating space for my pram. They even played with my baby so I could enjoy my food! Wonderful.

Put Grace on your Rutherglen must-do list!

We ate and drank at Grace last Friday night and had the best time. We love the super seasonal menu and interesting drinks, and the welcoming and attentive (but non-intrusive) service keeps us coming back time and time again. Thanks, Erica, Matt and the team for creating such a great destination!

We sat inside at the window so we could people watch, but next time might even bring the pooch so we can sit out the front (new seating where well-behaved dogs are permitted). In any event, we’ll be back for oysters, truffle fries, margaritas and vinos soon!

We had the most beautiful meal at Grace tonight. Service was exceptional and the food was amazing - we shared some small plates and sides between us and it was the perfect way to taste the seasonal menu. Delicate + delicious flavours, every dish was to die for!

What a great surprise and experience , such good service and fantastic food. Do yourself a favour, if you are in Rutherglen, drop in and have a meal at Grace. You won't be disappointed.

Such a gem in a beautiful town. There was such a wide range of cocktails that it made it difficult to choose. They were beautifully made and tasted delicious, would definitely recommend the violet sour. We ordered the bread (the butter was incredible), the asparagus, broccolini, potato’s and split a steak. All of the food was such high quality and we honestly couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend if you are in Rutherglen 🍾🎉

I went to Grace on the weekend and it was buzzing with couples on date nights and group catch ups!
The staff welcomed us like old friends and promptly whipped up clever cocktails from their endless list. I love that that they hero Australian made spirits, beers and Rutherglen wine through our their beverage menu.
Next the food, there is seriously passion on every plate. You can see that much of the menu is local seasonal produce and artistically styled. This chef clearly has years of experience but still has a zest for their craft.
The decor has the sophistication of a Melb bistro but a cosy homely feel with memorabilia of the Grace family.
We were very lucky to snag the last table, so book ahead.

It was so easy to do a booking on the phone and the staff were so friendly. We were just passing by from a road trip and I’ll definitely recommend to my friends for a stop by. The food and desert was so good like 10/10 top notch for a small town I wasn’t expecting much but the chef proved me wrong by making amazing food full of flavour my friends and I absolutely loved it. It was my first time trying mussels and it was so good I’m now not a mussels virgin lol. We will definitely be coming back. I 💯 recommend.

We recently moved from Melbourne to Rutherglen and Grace is as good as any of our favourite eats in Melbourne! We love the atmosphere, the food never disappoints, and the hospitality is second to none.
We couldn’t recommend Grace more if you’re looking for fine dining with a casual and cosy atmosphere.

We had a delicious dinner and loved Grace. We were able to share or choose separately. The food was fantastic, the service was good and the people exceptionally friendly. We'll definitely return whenever we visit Rutherglen. Sorry we aren't there to eat again this evening!
