Tuileries at De Bortoli Rutherglen

We had my husbands 30th joint with his dads 60th in the Muscat Hall along with live music. Our guests also mingled out in the courtyard as it was such a nice summer night.
Jen was so easy to work with and so organised. The food was delicious and everything was done exactly how we envisioned for the party.
Great venue, highly recommend!

Large comfortable room with a great deck right in the vineyard, could wander the ends of the rows admiring the grapes just forming. The included wine tasting was fun and interesting. All the staff were very helpful, efficient and easy to deal with; they even went out of their way to mail me back a small item I left in the room.

We had a great family dinner here. The service staff were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and interior design were beautifully laid out.
For the food, well it was excellent! Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Steak were all cooked to how we ordered and arrived in timely manner. Really have to thank the chef for the exceptional food! Thank you all for amazing dinner

This place is lovely. Room is spacious, elegant but welcoming, spotlessly clean. Thanks to the exceptionally helpful Alex, the night manager, and the wonderful and friendly restaurant staff for organising dinner for us at the last minute. Food was really great and service excellent. Accommodating of dietary needs. Will stay again!

Stayed three nights at Tuileries. The suite we stayed in was spacious and warm with a comfortable bed. However the rest of the furnishing was a little spartan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we learned a lot from David about wine tasting. The location was within walking distance to Rutherglen and ideally placed to visit local wineries and historical sights. We particularly enjoyed the the Federation Museum at Corowa.

This dinner was next level. I rarely order duck because I’m always disappointed but based on reviews I thought I’d take the chance. OMG the Confit duck leg was the best duck I’ve ever eaten. The meat just fell off the bone and the flavour was incredible. This food was a trip highlight. The service was fabulous and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Of course the wine the amazing too. So happy. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful, spacious, clean and stylish room overlooking the vineyard. It was a fantastic start to our SA road trip from Sydney. Ate in the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. Would also recommend the wine tasting. Friendly staff and a very nice continental breakfast with barista coffee delivered to your room.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay right in the middle of the Rutherglen wine region.
The room was great with good views.
The cellar door was staffed by awesome people, David has great knowledge of the wines and was very helpful.

Tuileries is the best restaurant in Rutherglen. Excellent servers and service. And they know their drinks. Had an excellent tequila as their choice. Tonight's steak could have been a bit warmer but the taste and quality allowed you to over look the temperature. Definitely a place to try I Rutherglen

Perfect location, comfortable hotel rooms that are clean and adequate heater for winter, the beautiful vineyard view is just at your door steps! And, food at the restaurant is simply fabulous! I can go on and on about how nice is this hotel :)

This place is quite amazing. The moment you check in you are great by very friend staff, that are welcoming and warm (exactly what you would want from a small winery style accommodation ). The rooms are excellently decorated to fit the relaxed, warm feel, the bathrooms are very well designed and recently renovated. The attached restaurant is also a great place to fine with excellent food. A must go.

Great place to stop in Rutherglen! Their food was excellent and we enjoyed their wine selection. I had the 3 cheese souffle' and it was delicious. We even tried to recreate it a few weeks later at home. We'll be coming back next time we're on a road trip.

As close to perfect as I think you can get. What a fantastic all round experience.

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were happy to converse, answer questions and provide advice.

Phenomenal food. The sparking merlot was an incredible accompanyment to the duck broth starter.
One of the very best steaks I have had in a very long time. I asked for it blue and it was cooked to perfection. Melt in your mouth quality cut of mean and the accompanyments (both wine and food) were spot on.

Great local wines. From the associated vineyard.

What more can you ask for? I hope I can visit again.

Excellent food and a very good winelist. We eat at Tuileries once or twice each year and the restaurant has been consistent, never less than a highlight of our trip. Bookings recommended on weekends and holidays.

A excellent place to spend a weekend. A central base If you would like to travel to Chiltern, Beechworth and Yackandandha.
Good size room at the Tuileries with views into the vineyard. General amenities included.
You have to try the wine tasting at the cellar door.
Great service from the staff who are knowledgeable about the wines and history about the grapes and vineyard.
Food at the restaurant is exquisite. Great service, atmosphere. You will walk away feeling very satisfied.
