Thank you to everyone at Knox Orthopaedic Group. The reception team are wonderful with a special mention to Kim who took such excellent care of me when I was nervous. Mr Swan is an amazing surgeon and an extraordinary human being who is kind and understanding and walks you through every step of the way. I can’t recommend Mr Swan highly enough.

All the staff have been amazing and so supportive during my injury and recovery, especially Kim who really eased my nerves! thank you. I've felt very comfortable in Mr Selvarajah's capable hands in managing my broken foot. The nurses have been fantastic for any questions or concerns I've had post surgery too, I know I can contact the office any time and be listened to and supported. Thanks KOG!

Thanks to all the staff at Knox Orthapaedic Group. Especially to Mr Francis Ma and the lovely ladies on the front desk. Mr Ma is an excellent surgeon who gives personal attention to all his patients as do his admin team. I definitely recommend this clinic to all those who suffer from hip problems. I myself was referred by a close friend of mine. She raved about him and how good her hip now feels. He operated on my right hip in June 2022 and I feel so good now that I'm going back for my left hip this September. Thank you Mr Francis Ma and the lovely ladies at reception.

I have just returned from my review appointment following surgery by Mr Anthony Dunin at Knox Orthopaedic Group. I cannot speak more highly of the care and attention I have received from both the medical team and office staff from the date of my first appointment. Prior to surgery I had some last minute queries and was given kind and reassuring advice by the staff member over the phone. I approached the surgery confidently and have made a really good recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Knox Orthopaedic Group and the excellent care and high level of expertise received from Mr Tony Dunin. The reception staff I found to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. During initial consultation, Tony Dunin fully explained the procedure of anterior total hip replacement and what expectations should be following surgery. Also happy to answer any questions. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the July 2021 anterior hip replacement procedure, which I found to be painless and enabled me to get back to normal daily activities in such a short time post operatively. Many thanks to all concerned.

Staff all round are fantastic, they are always willing to please, thanks goes out to Kate for everything she has done for me in regards to my surgeries. I cannot thank her enough.

Dec 2020... After smashing my ankle to bits and broken bones in my leg.. and an ambulance trip to Knox Private.. needless to say I was not a happy chappie.. Mr Craig Donohue was brought in and operated a couple of days later. Lovely man.. caring and on the ball, explaining every facet of what was going to happen. Post operative visits were very positive and made me feel like I was on track with my recovery. Staff always pleasant and helpful too. Great job guys. THANKS..

Very happy with my consult with Mr Tony Dunin. He was very easy to deal with, happy to accept and answer my questions regarding my knee concerns. The consult was thorough, collaborative and respectful as we looked through and discussed radiology images, pain management options and what I might be facing in the future. At no point did I feel hurried or pressured, Mr Dunin ensured we discussed my concerns as he did not want me to leave the consult with unanswered questions. I left the consult with the answers I needed and a course of action to manage my knees. I felt heard during the consultation and respected, Mr Dunin communicates in a caring and compassionate manner and listens to your story. If you are looking for an orthopaedic surgeon who you can discuss your situation with, I strongly recommend you schedule an appointment with Mr Dunin.

Over the years I am sure we have all been to many Doctor and Dental surgeries, hospitals etc. But I have never in my life been to a clinic where the staff are so lovely. They smile, speak nicely, are patient, genuinely happy to help you. Highly recommend. Needless to say Dr Ma is also lovely and helpful.

Have had surgery with Craig Donohue twice now and the team at Knox Orthopaedic Group have been nothing but amazing. At my most recent visit the reception team fitted me in at late notice, explained the costs clearly (it can be very cofusing) & offered great advice. Its re-assuring to see an immaculate suite with professional staff. Craig was once again straight up and made the surgery process easy. Thanks guys

The staff at Knox Orthopaedic Group are so helpful and polite over the phone and in person. I had my ACL reconstructive surgery done by Mr Ma and his team were always happy to the answer questions and enquries I had no matter how busy they were. Nothing but a positive experience.

I am so glad I was referred to Mr Francis Ma back in 2013 when I was in incredible pain in my right hip and knee. Mr Ma performed a Total Right Hip Replacement, and did it so well I was able to take my first pain free steps the very next morning. So it was a no brainer for me to take the time to track down Mr Ma again 8 years later when I needed my left hip replaced. Mr Ma explains exactly what the operation will involve and is happy to answer questions. His calm and caring nature and his vast knowledge is very reassuring and comforting going into the operation. Definitely pleased with the outcome!

I have recently received care at Knox Orthopaedic Group. I can't express how pleased I was with the level of professionalism, care and attention I experienced. The staff were great and the rooms were very inviting. Would definitely recommend.

Alannah, our 15 year old daughter, injured her knee while playing football which required MRI scans. Our family GP referred us to Francis Ma at the Knox Orthopaedic Group. Mr Ma explained that an ACL Reconstruction was required and thoroughly explained the entire process; from what happens during the operation, through to what to expect post surgery. He made our daughter feel extremely comfortable as well as informing her of the entire process in layman's terms. Due to the amazing work of orthopaedic surgeon, Francis Ma, the entire process was 100% successful and we could not recommend him highly enough.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to answer any questions. I called them multiple times through the process of organising my daughters surgery and they were always there to assist. I would highly recommend going through Knox Orthopaedic Group to anyone.
