I am a regular due to the easy access and the helpful staff.

There have been many times where I have been unsure about a medication or what products I would need for recovery or an injury and every staff member that I have spoken to has been helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

They stock a large range of items for hire from shower chairs, wheelchairs, a heap of other mobility options, baby essentials etc.

They offer vaccination services and baby services along with prescription delivery if required.

The phone app makes it super easy to order prescription medication or non prescription medication to be collected at your earliest convenience or delivered to your home.

Such nice and kind staff they have. Super thanks to Brownryn for explaining to me a lot of things I wanted and needed to know. She didn't have to but she did. Much love and appreciation for the customer service that this pharmacy has.

I placed an order online for a Donjoy iceman after the hospital my husband was in utilised them. It was competitively priced & dispatched early the next day. I received tracking notifications & it arrived well packaged. When I had called to ask a question regarding the item the staff member was helpful, knowledgeable & polite. Would certainly recommend

I called to ask about getting some Cold & Flu tablets and Lozenges delivered as I have COVID. The lady who picked up was so incredibly helpful and friendly and we received our delivery within 2 hours & they even threw in a pack of jellybeans! Great Service and they will be our 'go-to' chemist from now on.

Every time I have come in the staff have been really friendly and helpful. They also have products you cannot get elsewhere.

Only pharmacy that had a wound dressing in store and were happy to keep it aside for me for few hrs as I had run out of wound dressings. The online stores for dressings don't deliver over weekend so if you are in short supply, always check with them first. Wasted my time calling other pharmacies and town.

Best Pharmacy Staff Ever. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. The Dr had mucked up my toddler’s script on New Year’s Eve (when the doctors’ office was already closed) and the Pharmacist was so helpful. Went back a few days later and the Pharmacy Intern was just as helpful. Apologies, I didn’t catch either of their names as I wasn’t feeling too chipper. Better than 5 stars.

Our household (3 friends sharing) have many other more convenient options to access, but SuperPharmacyPlus always provide great service and they generally always have my medications in stock. At other pharmacies I often get only half of what I need. Yesterday I was served by a tall slender chap and he behaved in a way that made me think that he enjoys his work. Really great experience. I ordered a walker for my mother. After I placed the order I realized I’d made a mistake, i’d ordered the item from Queensland. I am in Perth. I called and asked to either cancel the order or update it to express shipping. They went out of their way to make that happen. I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon and received it on Friday morning. Very satisfied customer.

Amazingly timely and efficient customer services!!! We needed some living aid equipment in short notice and were able to hire and purchase them all at SuperPharmacyPlus. In particular, Peta the lady who helped us when we were at the store has been nothing but fantastic - kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgable. Thank you so much!! Amazing service, I'm in Brisbane for work for another 4 weeks and ruined my ankle yesterday. Called up at 7:30am, Julian helped me buy a moon boot over the phone and had it delivered to my work 2 hours later. Cant thank this place enough for the delivery service and prompt help from staff. Would recommend to anyone

I just moved to this suburb and live walking distance away. I had a really bad headache today so I walked up to get something for it. Honestly the only other person who has cared so much for me and my health has been my own mother, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I also asked how much they charge for my prescription (which I usually get filled from my old local chemist warehouse). They looked up the price I pay and said they'll price match it. As I was a new customer I also got a welcome pack with lollies. I've not had customer service as good as this from anywhere in a very long time!

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. I drove from Taigum so that I could utilise their free child health drop in clinic. Definitely worth the drive! The nurse was so kind and experienced. I left feeling a lot more confident and informed. The service at the front counter was excellent too!

I can't rate this pharmacy highly enough. The staff are always friendly and professional. Tonight they went above and beyond to ensure the medication I desperately needed was delivered to me. I feel so relieved right now.
