David Melatti conducted our auction in early June. David can be relied upon to provide professional, friendly service and and a corker of an auction!

I spent 8k for a guy (David) to send me some links and then abuse me. DO NOT RECOMMEND - BUYER BEWARE!

I enlisted Davids services to find a commercial property. We started service in September. Davids words; "I'm the man who never gives up". He gave up in November in less than 2 months.

I was looking for a property that would be suitable for my business, David provided one off-market opportunity which wasn't at all suitable for my needs. The rest were all links that were forwarded to me from mailing lists I was already subscribed too eg Teska Carson, Ryder Commerical, Fitzoys etc - I know this because I would get the exact email from David moments after they sent me the listings.

We got close to one property which I forwarded to my solicitor, my solicitor advised there were clauses in the contract that I needed to negotiate, upon brining this up with David, he got angry and told me "this is what always happens when you get solicitors involved" and that I should just settle for the asking price. I was shocked, wasn't this the guy who was supposed to save me hundreds of thousands and pay for himself 5 times over?! Clearly not...

I went with my solicitor's advice as David is not legally able to advise on contractual matters and after which it was obvious to me; David wanted to turnover deals quick and allow nothing to interfere with purchases to ensure he secures his full payment.

David was pushy and at times tried bullying me into properties that just weren't suitable for my needs. He didn't like that I carefully considered the details and didn't present many properties that even matched the brief I supplied.

In November we had a call where he had a go at me and abused me for getting my solicitor involved to look at the deal and I should settle for what his found. He said we should "leave it there".

Moments later he sent a text message apologising that he was out of line and wished me all the best. Of course, he never provided me with a refund despite acknowledging he was wrong. I spent 8k for a guy to send me some links and then abuse me.

Worse money I've spent by far.

I know others in this game, and have experienced other Buyers Advocates services so able to fairly compare - this is not the guy you want in your corner.

We had a follow-up call recently, again, not interested in refunding me, so I am here serve as a caution sign that says "DO NOT ENTER - Worst customer experience and waste of time and money".
