Rented some bikes with family and had a great time on the trails around Collie over the weekend. Was very convenient and got great advise on the local trails. Had nice weather too

I recently had a holiday in Collie. Whilst there I was enjoying the murals around town when I meet the wonderful Nicholas from Crank n Cycles who provided some tips on what to experience in town. My husband and I, along with our extended family, decided to check out the amazing mountain bike trails in Wellington National Park. With help from Nicholas we hired some mountain bikes that were incredibly affordable and came with service back up. We took to the trails and had such a great adventure with our trusty bikes and helmets!! So much fun!!! Thank you to Nick who went above and beyond in providing the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I know Erik and the team are passionate about all things bikes but are also the best ambassadors for Collie and the trail network that is there. Big thank you to Nick! He spent well over an hour answering questions and going into detail about what I needed to know despite knowing I wouldn't be spending money that day. I will definitely be coming back to spend when the time comes to get a bike and extras.

Needed my back brake bleeding, and the lovely young man in the shop saw to it straight away, and talked me through what he was doing. Looked like they had a great selection of bikes and parts too. Would recommend!

5 stars isn't enough, 1st class from the staff at Crank n cycles, I'm 6'3 97kgs, to find a shop that would go out of their way to hire me a bike for 2 days, was amazing, local knowledge of paths and trails perfect

The best service I have ever had at any bicycle shop in the last 20 years - had a problem with my rear derailleur whilst on the Munda Biddi, and it was quickly and expertly fixed. Friendly and very capable service. Thank you 👍

Nick was responsive - I was able to book ahead of time, and he even opened out of hours to accommodate my request. Bikes were in great condition, affordable price and he gave great local advice on where to go.

The trail had proved to be fairly harsh on my bike. These guys replaced a couple broken spokes and trued the wheel while I waited, for a very reasonable price. The staff all were obviously passionate about cycling themselves and it showed with their customer care and quality of work. Cheers!

A great bike shop with a great range of products, very good mechanics and super friendly service from Eric and Pedro. They went to great lengths to service and fix our 3 bikes so we could continue cycling the Munda Biddi Trail with little loss of time - impressive attitude and very supportive of cyclists doing the Munda Biddi. Totally destroyed my derailer on a ride over the Easter weekend.They stayed after closing on Saturday to let me get back on the trail with my friends. I felt lucky to have access to such a good mechanic and they didn't charge an arm and leg.
