Shred Fitness Gym / Shred Weightlifting Club

I recently came to shred to learn weightlifting and was blown away by the level of service,knowledgable coaches, the affordability and the excellent equipment. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and members and caters to all skill levels. This gym is a must visit for those near and far.

I joined nearly 3 years ago, and honestly it has changed my life both physically and mentally. An amazing place with amazing atmosphere and people to train with and push you to your limits!

Being a gym owner myself and having my own space to train, I wanted to go somewhere I could train with no interruptions and work on some Olympic lifts. Well I have found it at Shred Performance, 1 Session with Yannick and not only did I improve on my clean and jerk technique but he also pushed me HARD which is just what I needed 🤙🏼

This gym feels more like a family than a gym. I have been going here for years and I can’t go back to a commercial gym. The people are lovely and the coaches are excellent. The wods are excellent for people who want to work all body movements and do cardio in an hour and the programming is great for people working on specific areas.

I have been a Shred member for 4+ years now. Yannick is truly the best in the business. His wealth of knowledge, his dedication to us (his members) and the community he creates is unmatched. Along with Coach Verity, Shred Fitness is more like family. Whatever your training needs are, Yannick and Verity can help!

Would recommend Shred to all my friends & family! Such a great atmosphere! They even have a great mums & bubs class! The trainers are awesome & positive, always there to encourage you and are full of knowledge. Since starting with Shred going to the gym isn't something I dread anymore.. Its a new lifestyle that keeps me happy & feeling strong!
