Got my flu vaccine today, very easy booking process. They send reminders day before and also an hour prior.
The staff and pharmacist were very lovely. Definitely would go back again

Received my COVID booster and flu vaccine from Trent and Bishoy. Both were very friendly and helpful - An easy booking process and completed very efficiently.

Came to get me C19 vaccine, due to glitch in the government system, I was able to book despite pharmacy being shut (public holiday), the pharmacist accepted me in his day off - saving me from having to come back- thank you!!!

Now Toombul is shut, this is the easiest place to book in for immunisations etc.

Very easy and went above and beyond to help my partner. Thoroughly recommended!

I rang to book appoint 3 weeks ago for flu vaccine and was told to book on line. All good.

Then got reminder the day before to do online pre booking form. Even identified wife as aboriginal which means this is funded by commonwealth government. All good there.

Get to shop and they say have to pay for the wife flu vaccine. But we correctly identified her as aboriginal in for pre booking form. Oh we don't do those you have to pay. Our response is OK we will not get that one. But they still put it through to her Medicare record that they gave her the vaccine and never told us they did that. Not happy.

Refused to give me my booked covid booster because I already had one this year, which is contrary to Qld Health's advice on their website which is every six months.

Very unhappy with the pharmacist on duty, John Lim. I watched as he was preparing my flu shot today. He was chewing gum and I watched as he took it out of his mouth and placed into a tissue. He then proceeded to call me in and jabbed me without cleaning his hands with antiseptic gel or washing his hands! I am an RN and it's standard precaution to perform hand hygiene before any procedure and before touching a patient. He was so quick that I didn't get a chance to ask him to do so. Last week I went to get my Covid booster and the pharmcist, B. Eid was wonderful. Shame he wasn't on-duty today.

Injectable Neo B B12 box of three for $21.95!!! Get your B12 anywhere else! I have never seen it this expensive! It’s 2-3 times more expensive than any pharmacy I have ever purchased this product at.
