Malouf Pharmacies Palmdale

I'm a very long term customer of the pharmacy and always pleased with service. The pharmacists are terrific, Ian is always extremely helpful and gives excellent advice. Greg and Vicki are always friendly and helpful as are the whole team. Having health issues is not nice for anyone and having such a good experience with these health care professionals makes things easier.

Always an excellent shopping experience. Got my prescriptions filled and it only took 3 to 4 minutes. I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone. Very pleasant and friendly staff and great service.

I've gone here several times over the last year and always received friendly and helpful service. Great that they have longer trading hours than most other pharmacies too.

Staff are always willing to help. I’ve been going to Malouf at Mt Gravatt for years. I go because of the service I receive.

Great service from Ian and staff, bit pricey though with the discount chemists coming onboard.

My purchase was pleasant enough. I went in, got what I needed for my sick son, paid and then was back in my parked car in front of the store in less than 5 minutes. I pulled out my phone and checked if I still had time to go to a nearby grocery and looked at their sale items. A few minutes on an over eager security guard told me I can't stay there - parking was for customers only. I showed him my bag of purchased item from Malouf and told him I was a customer. He then asked if I was coming back in because if not I should leave the premises. I asked why when I'm a customer in the said establishment. He said customers can park here, get their items from the store, and then leave straight away in case other customers wanted to park there. A quick glance and there was only one car to my right, and several free spots on my left, and a few more at the back. As it was around 8pm I wasn't sure if they were expecting a huge amount of customers. Shocked and appalled by the security guard's power trip, I left with a really bad experience from Malouf Pharmacies. I'm sure it won't matter to their business but I won't be coming back.

Came in for the first time for a prescription and was served by Wendy, she was very friendly and helpful, and when the pharmacist accidentally got my prescription wrong she was quick to resolve the issue. When my prescription was completed properly I was then served by Vicky, who was extremely rude and even more rude to her coworker Wendy. She deliberately ignored Wendy multiple times, was short with her, and was seriously just overall horrible. It was really awful to see to be honest, Vicky was just so rude and mean to Wendy. Even the other customers seemed to notice and we're taken aback. I'll definitely be avoiding this pharmacy from now on. There's no reason to treat anybody the way Vicky was treating Wendy, especially in a setting like that and in front of customers. I don't usually write reviews but the way this woman was acting was disgusting, at one point Wendy looked to almost be in tears.

Went there because of a little cough, the "pharmacist" sold me a sirop that according to her will fix it. Been taking it for 2 days and made it much worst, so much worst that I didn't sleep much for 2 nights like 4 hours per night because of the coughing. So went back and explained the situation the the guy try to sell me another sirop which this time will work.....???? What the hell is going on in this "pharmacy" ? I would have at least accepted an apology or a refund, but no the guy wanted to make me buy again... This is crazy!!
