Lovely peaceful spot to camp for a night or few. Lots of beautiful scenery including the lake behind the campground where we spotted some platypus early in the morning surrounded by massive pine trees. Great value!

An amazing sub tropical camp destination featuring spacious, green well maintained camp sites, hot showers, toilets with wonderful attractions especially for children. Water slippery dip into a dam, diving board, large fire pit and an option of spending a night in a covered wagon.
This is an alcohol free park, please respect their wishes.

Great quiet camping area. Extremely peaceful. Beautiful dam with platypus and lots of water birds. Great hosts on working dairy farm.

Very beautiful small campsite with a friendly and welcoming owner. There is a lovely natural swimming pool with two slides and two diving boards offering lots of fun. Amenities were clean. If you turn on light you will probably face many beetles like we did. Recommended!

This place is great, plenty to do. Platypus and turtles in the big lake, canoes to rent for $5, waterslides and dive boards in the smaller lake. Plenty to do around the area. $25 for an unpowered site and we had the place to ourselves.

Lovely place to stay, owner / caretaker was a really nice fella and made us feel very welcome. He told us to “expect a few birds to arrive at the big lake, and that afternoon we were treated to the most beautiful show of hundreds maybe over a thousand white egrets flying in and roosting in the trees. It really was something to see. We also saw Platypus and tortoise. The amenities were fine and the whole experience was very relaxing. Will stay again when in the area.

As a backpacker I traveld the entire east coast of Australia and this is no joke one of the best, if not the best campground I‘ve been to… So cool, super chill and the owners are one of the nicest people I‘ve ever met…
Honestly if you have the Chance to stop by for a Night or two, go for it!!

With a natural swimming hole, camp kitchen, open camp fire (wood supplied) and friendly caretakers, this site has all we needed. We were treated to a spectacular sunset show when 100's of cattle egret came to roost in the trees by the lake.A nightly event. The lake is fed by underwater springs and is home to platypus. I suggest bringing a kayak or canoe for a better chance of spotting them. This is a beautiful, quiet, economical campsite that I'll be returning to.
