The reception staff were very helpful and the Customer Service was excellent. This was far superior than using the App to make a follow up appointment, it is very difficult to navigate and very impersonal. I don’t like it at all.

Dr McCleary is a good listener and gives me positive feedback about my health. I look forward to my visits with him.

Amazing doctors and nurses. Supportive and kind vaccination process for my children and especially for one who was very anxious. Nurse Carlie went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Highly recommend, excellent clinic with high quality doctors who are both competent and knowledgable.

I always receive such amazing care at My health St Helena. I know I can see any doctor and will be well taken care of, although I'm very happy to have Dr Patterson as my primary GP. She always answers all of my questions and is very personable.

Very happy with my care at Myhealth. Have been seeing Drs here for some years and have been very pleased with the services provided. My current Dr is Riley Wallace and she has been very caring and not too busy to give you her time if required. Reception staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Our family has been going to MyHealth St Helena for years. The clinic, staff and doctors are wonderful. The variety of services they provide is extensive which has helped our family to be able to receive all types of healthcare for adults and children at the same clinic.

Following my previous Doctor’s retirement, I have seen Dr Rylie Wallace on two occasions. I have found her to be proactive, knowledgeable in treatments options available, and considers financial aspects of medical care that may affect my decisions on treatments.

Dr Dejong was absolutely fantastic for both myself and my toddler. Genuinely curious (rather than leaping to any half-formed conclusions). The clinic would benefit from a fresh injection of more doctors like this.

Hugh was very helpful and professional, I got my repeat script easily via email. He also suggested I book a flu shot which was great

I have been coming to My Health at St Helena for many years and the standard of Drs is exceptional. I'm blessed to have Dr Melanie Tait as my doctor, her ability of care, patience goes above and beyond for her patients. The reception staff are always so welcoming and very helpful too. Highly recommend this clinic

I am very fortunate to have found this practice after my previous doctor retired. I have seen 2 doctors here and can honestly recommend this practice. They are lovely caring doctors who are prepared to go the extra mile to help. Reception staff are friendly, and they have a pathology nurse on site also. ❤👍

My husband and I have been patients at St Helena Myhealth for over 20 years and in those years we have seen a few different doctors who have all been great but I must say we are so impressed and very happy to call Dr. Rylie Wallace our doctor.
She explains things in a very clear and thorough manner, is always kind, friendly and never hurries the visits.
The staff at reception are really lovely too.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rachel Patterson for years and is always very thorough and able to help. When Dr. Patterson was on maternity leave I used a multiple other doctors from St Helena Mediplex for my kids and husband in which all I can highly recommend.

Dr Lyndia Tan was very professional and has a lovely manner. Overall, staff at St Helena medical Centre are most welcoming
