I had a blocked sewage and storm water pipe, in the middle of an absolute downpour John came out and unblocked both. Super happy with the work completed and credit to John for working in quite terrible conditions. Would 100% use JMB for any future work.

Blocked sewer, called John and he arrive in a half hour. Very professional and likable guy. Quickly fixed problem and explained all he had done. Thoroughly recommended! Excellent job at a good price.

John came out today and unblocked my sewer drain. He did a fantastic job. Would recommend without hesitation for any drain blockage issues. I will only be using John going forward if I have any issues in the future.

Amazing service and REASONABLE prices. John and his team have been absolutely incredible. We had a different company over first. They wanted to charge us $8000 to dig up our garden (which they claimed was necessary) and put me under a lot of pressure to sign the quote. Quite distressed, I called JMB Plumbing to get a second opinion. They were super helpful and friendly. John came over straight away, unblocked the drain, charged us a fraction of what the initial company quoted and most importantly ... no digging!
We would recommend John anytime, he has been nothing but fair and reasonable.

John turned up on time, and solved my sewer problem quickly. I have an old complex sewer system with easements, multiple old drains and pipes in different stages of repair. John not only diagnosed the problem that other plumbers could not (with one quoting $8k to fix it!), he coordinated with Yarra Valley Water to fix the sections they needed to. He then followed up to make sure it was all done. He is very reasonably priced and cares about the outcome of his work. Could not ask for more or recommend highly enough.

Extremely happy with the team at JMB. My blocked storm water drain was cleared within 48 hours of calling. Dealing with the office staff was professional and effortless and Kevin the plumber was highly experienced and offered handy advice on proper backyard drainage setup after inspecting and clearing the blocked storm water. Price was fair considering the prompt and expert service we received and I chose to pay the extra $50 for a camera inspection to check the state of my pipes. Will use again.

I called John in the afternoon about my blocked drain and he came out the next morning. Lovely guy and did a great job. He charged a reasonable (fixed) rate and didn't leave until the drain was properly cleared. He wasn't watching the clock like the other rip-off plumber that came out and didn't even fix the problem. My normal plumber was unable or reluctant to come. Rang JMB and they were there within the hour and cleared our blocked drain. The price was reasonable and was as quoted with no extras. An honest and reliable company who I will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Easy and friendly family business to deal with.
John was great over the phone and easy to deal with and he followed up with text messages to let me know when and who was coming. Kevin was here early the next morning and was a true professional. He explained what the problem was and had it fixed in no time.

John and Kevin did a fantastic job clearing the sewer lines of tree roots from our apartment block. We had another plumber organised through the body corporate who said we had to replace the whole sewer line at an exorbitant price. John and Kevin came with their cutter and fixed the blockage at 1/16th of the price the last plumber quoted. Really nice people to deal with (include Noleen in the office ), who are honest and very responsive, I highly recommend them .

We recently used JMB drain cleaning for a blocked toilet .
We were pleasantly surprised that John was out within two hours of our call.
We thought we would maybe come up against tradies being unavailable at this time of year. But not with JMB. Communication was great and
the job was done cleanly, unlike the last time it happened and we used someone else, and the yard was left in a mess.
More than happy to use them again and recommend to others.

On a Friday on a long weekend (Australia Day), I had a blocked drain and when looking for a drain cleaner on the internet I found JMB Drain Cleaning. I rang and 25 minutes John arrived. I have worked in building all my life and was impressed that John had all the modern equipment necessary to clean/clear a blocked drain. Within half an hour the job was done. He checked all related fixtures and made sure the drain blockage had been cleared. John was very thorough and friendly. Two excellent attributes which led me to write this review.
