A beautiful, 'hidden' set of falls. A little off the road from Milla Milla down the Old Palmerston Hwy, but with the trip.

There is parking on the road at top of creek, short 250m walking rail that takes you to 2 seperate lookouts, not suitable for swimming but what a spectacular place to visit!

Short walk, 2 waterfalls up close. Not good for swimming. Worth the visit if you're nearby.

Well worth the walk in one of the more remote falls in the area but in my opinion one of the most impressive. There is only enough parking for two cars on the side of the road there is a sign at entrance to walk giving you distances (450m from memory)and warning you about conditions and safety. You can get right up to these falls. Got some good long exposure shots.

River was pumping pretty good as it was raining when we went. Gravel road with some pot holes but nothing too bad. Short walk as well!

Souita Falls isn't on the major falls list, but it is still a beautiful place. Off the old Palmerston highway, it is about 20 minutes from MillaaMillaa. The upkeep of the area by the Tablelands Regional Council leaves a bit to be desired. No parking area, amenities, bbq's or seating. The original wooden signage could be refurbished. The beauty of this hidden Eden is the flora; with 5 minutes of walking, you have walked past 8 species of fern alone. As well as Bush foods.

Stunning falls off the beaten track. Leeches latched on to bare feet but apart from that it was a beautiful walk in the rainforest with stunning falls.
