Bruce's Cafe

Very friendly staff, very efficient service, great coffee, and loved the cheesecake. We will be back to try the hot food!

Waited a long time to get to Bruce's Cafe. Saw it on a lifestyle show, jotted down the details for the time I would get here- and thrilled to finally arrive! Awesome food, staff and great recommendations for lunch. The chai was delicious and I will definitely get a take away as well. Wish I was staying longer!

Our favourite spot for breaky in Wynyard! Pictured is the Green eggs with a side of bacon and pork sausages. Great location and views! Toby’s estate coffee is an added bonus.

Very pleased with these guys, I am in WA Perth and ordered some pretty peonies for my mum and I asked the owner if I could purchase over the ph. A+ for comunication and service. She was very embarrassed but she was very happy too .. made my mum very happy

Breakfast menu has a good selection of sweet n savoury.
Eggs, coffee, staff, location, outlook … all great. We’ll be back, even if it means a diversion from the fastest route … and I’m always happy to pay an extra $ for a well barista’d coffee … blend, temperature, cups.

Just passing through and stopped for a coffee and breakfast muffins which both were first class. It was such a busy place with a lovely vibe and the staff were happy and friendly. I wish I lived closer as it would certainly be my local.

If a view of Bass Strait is what you like when having your coffee then I would recommend Bruce's. I drop in to Wynyard to run the Parkrun and came to Bruce's for breakfast afterwards. Its slightly out of town but by the number of people there when I was there no nobody seems to mind the drive or ride. This is well worth a visit if your in north west Tassie. Come of the highway for a break and do Bruce's.

A good spot for a breakfast. Halfway along the old highway at Doctor's Rocks, it's in a pleasant location with a nice view of the water. A good selection of cakes and slices, which are always nice. I sometimes stop here before playing golf at Seabrook.

Excellent food & coffee, maybe a little work on the building acoustics would help my aged ears, apart from that, brilliant. The Atlantic Salmon green curry was the best I've had anywhere, fish cooked to perfection. The chef deserves a pay rise,.....seriously great food!

What a fantastic place, right on beach. Plenty of parking. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Well priced. And the food..... Don't start me. Insanely good, huge portions and delicious. WOW

Not much to look at from the street, but who cares when the food and coffee is this good! Tried the lunch menu on our first visit, and wife and I came back the next morning for breakfast. Food, coffee and service was consistently great and fairly priced. Best coffee I've had on my trip around Tassie. Served strong and rich roasted/caramel flavours (personally not a fan fruity/floral coffee). Menu isn't massive, but still enough of a range to choose from. Have kept the menu tight, playing to their strengths, service is good and unfussed, would happily eat here any day. For a regional cafe it's punching well above its weight!
