I contacted Luche to draw up some architectural plans for a small auxiliary dwelling. I was thinking that he would not be interested in such a small project or I would have a long wait.
To my suprise Luche not only did the project but did so in a very timely manner even visiting the residence within the week and measured up the dwelling.
Luche drew up the plans and allowed me to have a big input as to what design I was wanting, Luche made many valuable suggestions and withing a short time I had the plans ready to submit.
Luche also suggested a person to do the energy report making it much easier to have both the architect and energy report done together.
Luche was supportive through issues arising from the surveyors and offered support and help throughout especially when I didn't understand the process.
Communication was always given.
We were pleased with the cost and came in below the estimated amount and we were not charged for all the extra time, calls, emails and advise.
