Mark is a wizard and was fantastic to interact with. He was able to get me the parts I need when everyone else just throw it in the too hard basket. The cherry on the cake is that mark got me the parts in less than 24 hours!! That’s what I call service!

We have always taken out phones to get repaired and always get great service. Just dropped in to have a phone repaired and they fixed it no charge! Very honest and practical… it’s greatly appreciated.

Awesome service. They spent a long time trying to overcome a major issue with an old MacBook Air (10 years old). To no avail. Didn’t charge me a cent. Can’t ask for much more than that. Used them many times in the past and will continue to use and trust Jessups. A1 service.

Had an 'accident' when transferring my SIM card to a new phone. Took it to Jessup's who fixed it in no time. Very friendly and professional service. Had been recommended by many friends.

Magnificent Mark the manager patiently paired my unbranded bluetooth keyboard case with my ipad through trial and error and his ingenuity. His resourcefulness and customer sevice was impeccable!! I will definitely return in the future for all my IT NEEDS :)

After thinking I had a virus on my laptop a quick call to Jessup's led to a nice man named Mark helping me over the phone to remove what I originally thought was a virus turned out to be notifications he was so calm and patient while explaining how I remove these notifications and after a few minutes my laptop was back to normal so I would like to say a big thank you would definitely recommend going to Jessup's I know I will be in the future 🙂

Very impressed with their service and knowledge. We had an iPhone that was playing up... turned out we needed a new battery and screen which they were able to replace at a Decent price. Feels like a new phone! Very happy!

I had a software problem which meant I could lose a file with 4 years of research & work involved. They don't normally solve anything other than broken or poorly performing hardware but one staff member found a way to solve my problem so I was happy to pay their price.

My mobile's charger port wasn't working properly. Within a few minutes they had removed some fluf from the port and it worked perfectly again. I wasn't even charged a cent. Thanks again!
