This company couldn’t help with the issue I presented them with but Help they did . A quick phone call and some great directions printed map included I was on my way. Brilliant networking with another small business that are now addressing the issue I had . Well done and thanks from a time poor customer :)

I had a problem with a stuck disc in my stereo. There are many places around that do repairs anymore so when I rang I was told even though they don't do repairs I could bring it in and they would have a loom and at least get my disc out. They got my disc out and fixed the minor issue and all within 24 hours. They went above and beyond.

I ordered a high performance RC car from Sydney, once it arrived we realised it didn’t work as during manufacture a wire had been snipped. I took it into the guys at Active Electronics and they were amazing. They had it fixed in minutes and were so helpful. I highly recommend as a repair shop. Just brilliant.

Staff at Active are always upbeat and helpfull. If it's not in stock their only to happy to order and advise when stocks in.
I have been shopping here for many years and the service and price has always been second to none. Love small business attitude beats big corporates any day 👍🙂

Can't recommend this business based on recent experience. Ordered a TV amp that was in stock in Hobart (out of stock in Launceston) and was promised next day delivery with a phone call to advise it was in. Several visits by me to follow up (ie no phone calls to me as was promised) and still no amp, blaming Hobart store for not sending. On my fourth visit I was promised next day and a phone call. Crickets. That was 3 weeks ago. In the meantime I ordered the same unit online from elsewhere, I have received it and I now have TV reception.
STILL no phone call from Active. Very poor show fellas, get your act together.

Owner hangs up on customer.
