Another Computer Store

Great customer service. Would highly recommend this computer shop in Launceston.

There aren't that many computer stores (For parts or services) in Tasmania sadly, so decided to pop in one day to have a look around. It's a nice store, not much stock on the shelves as far as variety goes but I can't assume they'd be able to stock that many items compared to a store on the mainland which is fair.

Part of the back wall is see-through allowing one to see "out the back" where I'm guessing all their repair/upgrade jobs happen. Reading the numbers they have at least like 40 separate stations which is impressive. I'm assuming that's where most their business happens in comparison to sales in the showroom.

Had 2 staff members ask if there was anything I needed which was nice.

Amazing service, Nathan fixed my scanner which another IT specialist elsewhere wanted me to dispose of. Nathan was very professional, efficient and kind and came across genuinely nice and wanted to help. I will definitely be going back in future, highly recommended 👍🏻😃

Staff here were most helpful both on the phone and instore.
Great assistance with the problem with my external hard drive which ended up going to the mainland for recovery. Recovery was achieved and one happy customer. Good customer service and stock. Will visit again in more positive circumstances

I spilt a drink on my laptop and contacted these guys to have a look at it.
They inspected and luckily found no issues which was a relief for me!
I was impressed with the honest, quick service provided and will happily go back here for any future IT problems I have

Had some issues upgrading my pc and these guys got it sorted in no time. Found the parts i needed to finish the build and they assembled it in no time with great cable management and even gave my graphics card a clean. Great work guys ill be sure to come back for any pc related support in the future.

Great gear at very good prices. Strongly recommend. If they don't have something in stock they can usually get it in fairly quickly. Great place to good advice on pc builds too 👍
