Customer service second to none, I have a new watch other jewellers at Moreyfield mall said no we cant touch that as it was brand new I asked where I could get assistance! I was told Burpangary Mall and Jade Jewellers.
And if you visit please take the time to get a coffee from a Veteran owned Gloria Jean Coffee shop with tasty snacks!

Amazing customer experience! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. My mother has been a customer of Jade Jewellers for as long as I can remember! Since I was a little girl and they were located in Caboolture. Now I take my jewellery there and look forward to making some beautiful purchases as well!

The staff were amazing. They helped to repair the setting and replace missing stones in my great grandmothers antique ring from 1922. Will be back for sure for future jewellery needs.
