Woolworths Burpengary

It's a good shop but closes early on Sundays, 6pm.

A mixed review but still focus on today, I've lived local and shopped local to Woolworth burpengary, youngan Joseph at the cigarette counter this morning the first in 3 years visit to ask me while serving me 'what are you upto today' a general conversation while serving me I like it and giving him a salute he's a people person and loves a little chat while he serves customers.

Burpengary Woolworths in our experience, have always provided excellent service. The event yesterday certainly proved this statement when a shoulder bag was left in a trolley, not discovered until our return home. Going back to the store, it had been handed in to service desk. The trolley man was so helpful and prepared to assist until it was found. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

They have changed the isles of food on shelves around , it's easier to find ,and now its usually fully stocked ,when I go!

Usually incredibly well stocked and tidy, though recently there have been some stock issues with Lactose free milk.
The staff are always so kind and friendly, a year and a half shopping here several times a week and I have zero complaints about the customer service.
The store is well laid out and I love that the produce staff always go out of their way to say hi- I haven't found that in many stores and as it's the first area you usually enter it's nice. Click and collect is usually flawless with an occasional brief wait, and only once out of maybe 30 orders were the bags packed poorly.
The staff are exceedingly patient and sweet with my young kids, which makes a huge difference for my stress levels. Love this store.

The squealing pig roast pork roll

Had the best ham and salad roll I have had in a very long time from the IGA salad bar. Every was lovely and fresh. Didn't waste a bit.

They did pretty well attempting to keep the shelves stocked, but people are like locusts and cleared the shelves of toilet paper within the half hour of the store opening.

Remember everyone, be nice to the staff, their job has gotta be hectic at this time.

Absolutely loved the quietness.Was there 4.30 - 5.30.No empty shelves.Staffed checkouts open. All staff throughout store asked if I needed help.So different from the big centres.

Great store, prices are the same as any Woolies. Markdowns are fair and automatically calculated now. Everything is usually fairly marked or not seen, which staff are usually happy to fix if you point it out. Hot Chickens have supply to demand markdown. The staff are very friendly, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Large range, pretty much stocks everything. Limited time lines tend to be out of stock for the first week or 2. Very clean store. Would shop here again.

You would probably say this is a Woolworths mega store. It underwent a major uplift which became pretty much a transformation. The isles are wide and largely free of promotional groceries, but I think this is something management is going to have to watch in the race to the bottom, for price points.The store is inside Burpengary Plaza and the store-front looks impressive in my photo. I loved the idea of having disinfectant wipes to clean the steerage on the shopping trollies. As I always find people gazing up at the signs on the isles I have made a record of each and will be interested to see how many google-guide, viewing hits on google maps they get. To date my record of hits on all photos is near 21.2 million so the photos obviously have a major effect on marketing.Aisle 2 winning with 952 views. @ 24.10.18
