Kamikaze Kitchen

Went her for a family dinner and even though we didn't have reservations and they were fully booked they went out of their way to fit us (4 ppl).
We ordered sushi rolls, yakatori balls, beef Bento set, tofu BBQ, Tokyo BBQ and sashimi. All ingredients were fresh and delicious.
The flaming teppenyaki was great to watch!

Absolutely loved it! They made my daughter's birthday super special and the food was amazing. Had the sirloin and it was perfect. The sushi was also worth it and will be back

A particularly busy restaurant. Reservations are required to sit at the table where you can watch the chef cook. Love to watch the chef cook on the iron plate，but I prefer to watch the chef throw food into the mouths of everyone in the audience. It's very interesting. I love the scallops and shrimp in the single set menu. But the best thing is the mushrooms and chicken inside the skewers, the ingredients are tender and the sauce is delicious. I'll be back next time to try the other skewers.

Well priced, delicious and very entertaining! This is a great restaurant for solo dinners, groups or dates. The staff are very very friendly as well. The place is very clean and the aesthetic is gorgeous. There are expensive meals that are fancy, but also solid simpler meals for $28. For teppanyaki, that’s a good price!

Dined in at the tempinyake seating with a party of 4, we ordered off the tempinyake menu chicken, sirloin and lamb with fried rice and everything was absolutely delicious. Nathaniel was a legend very friendly and easy to talk to, his food and attention to detail was amazing. Couldn't recommend a restaurant more, and props to Nathaniel for a beautiful meal!

We went with 5 people (3 adults & 2 kids) and it was overall a great experience, my kids love teppanyaki. The food was wonderful - plentiful and delicious.
My only minor criticism is that they could go a bit lighter on the sauces on the protein (steak/fish/chicken/prawns) to allow the diner to add their flavours.
Chef was entertaining and friendly with the kids, serving staff were polite and responsive.
We will definitely be going again.

Super accommodating with making their vegetarian option into a vegan alternative. I was dining solo and wasn't able to make a reservation for just me online. They were able to make a place for me when I walked in tonight. Thank you so much guys, the vegan dish was amazing! 💚

Food was great and the show put on by the chefs made it exciting and fun. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Our chef made it extra special as we were celebrating a birthday.

One of my favorite places so far.

The marble beef is yum, fried rice is yum and the freaking bentos are delish! The only thing to stay away from is dessert. It's yuck.

Great food, experience and service. I had the Tokyo and it was truly delicious

We celebrated my daughters 11th birthday here at Chermside tonight and had the best experience Thankyou so much. All the staff were fabulous and the meal was stunning. The chef Chen was terrific and really made it a top night! They even sang and bought out a dessert with a sparkler in it.

LOVED IT!!! Took our daughter for her 11th birthday. The food, entertainment, and service were great!!! Charles was our chef and WOW was he great!!! He even wrote "Happy Birthday" and Enjoy Your Meal" to my daughter upside down in salt! He is definitely one cool dude!!! This will be our Japanese restaurant going forward!!!

First time trying teppanyaki and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the cooks entertaining. Even with a full restaurant, order taken straight away. Even got to take the left over rice home from being so full.

I have been here twice over the last 12 months and both times, the food has been amazing.

Great service with a smile by Jane. Supported by other staff. Tasty food. Chilli 🌶 paste a hit with me. A cocktail a fried rice & seafood main just under $50 /- that's worth every penny & more. Will be back.

If I am ever craving sashimi or some chicken fried rice on a shopping day, I come here. The food is delicious. I would always recommend the Maki Special if you can get there on weekdays for lunch. But the Bentos are also amazing. And a nice little beer flight on the side is never a miss!

Took my partner out to dinner and had an absolutely fantastic time!! Service was wonderul, as was the food! We sat at a booth, which can fit about 3-4 people, but we were still able to enjoy the flame shows and the atmosphere, even if we didn't get food thrown at us😂. Always a good time with good food!

i believe this place is amazing for familys and for fun and entertainment the cooking and food is incredible i definitely think the place is the best one i’ve been too keep up the good work
