During October, booked an appointment for 4:30 p.m. then went there, the owner Jojo(Yichen) Song pretended she was busy and had to cancel my booking when I’m already physically at the shop. So she double booked and wasted my time and petrol.
22nd of December, again was booked in for 11:00 a.m. the day before her PA called to confirm if it’s 11:00. I confirmed it. Then on the day at 11:30. The owner played dumb and said “I’m not sure if you’re booked in for 12:00 or 1:00.” While there is chat history and verbal confirmation. I have $267 left in balance, they have refused to refund me and ignoring my questions.

再來，我跟你說我要三種排鑽的方式，你卻以為我五個手指甲，只需要做三隻手指，而另外兩隻手指沒有鑽？我問了你，也是一樣的答案，因為我沒有說要貼滿！？ 然後看我臉色不太對，還一直說服我說，沒貼鑽的地方，只貼一顆鑽也可以，說一顆也好看？我不認為。
